El parador me ha gustado mucho. En la linea de otros establecimientos de la cadena, el personal es muy cercano, encantador y profesional. La suite donde me alojé era amplia, luminosa y cómoda, las zonas comunes del parador destilan encanto y el desayuno tiene productos de muy buena calidad y está muy bien atendido, con un salón con vistas al arsenal muy bonito.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Militärgebäude mit Blick auf den Militärhafen. Die Einkaufsstraßen von Ferrol sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten bequem zu erreichen. Shopping ist hier gut möglich und man kann auch gut essen

Ein Parador, wie er sein soll. Ich habe im Lauf meines Lebens mehr als 35 Paradore in Spanien kennen gelernt. Der Parador von Ferrol ist der Inbegriff eines Paradores. Er verkörpert wie kaum ein zweiter die ursprüngliche Idee der Paradore: mehr zu sein als einfach nur ein Hotel, vielmehr ein Haltepunkt, ein Refugium auf einer Reise. Der Parador lädt ein zum Verweilen, sich zu entspannen in den großzügigen Räumen mit wunderschöner Einrichtung. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen zu genießen im großzügig verglasten Speisesaal, sich vom freundlichen Personal verwöhnen zu lassen. Eigentlich unverständlich, dass ausgerechnet dieser Parador nur drei Sterne anstatt der sonst üblichen 4 Sterne hat. Ob es am fehlenden Parkplatz liegt? Das Parken ist in der Tat ein Problem, der Parador verfügt über keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Es gibt vor dem Parador zwar einen Parkplatz, aber der ist öffentlich und war praktisch während unseres ganzen zweitägigen Aufenthaltes belegt. Auch sonst sind ein Ferrol Parkplätze Mangelware. Es gibt allerdings nicht allzu weit vom Parador ein öffentliches Parkhaus, wenn man es weiß und es findet. Wir haben das Problem so gelöst, dass wir auf einem größeren Parkplatz ca. 1000 Meter vom Parador entfernt geparkt haben und dort unser Auto die zwei Tage stehen gelassen haben. Am Abreisetag habe ich dann das Auto geholt und vor das Hotel zum Einräumen gefahren. Ging Problemlos.

A beautiful old hotel, very grand. It is centrally located, comfy and quiet and very reasonably priced for a twin room. It was nice to have some comfort and style before we did our camino. Would recommend. We didn't eat it drink here but the bar looked nice.

Spacious, old hotel with good facilities, places to rest and restaurant. Very quiet and lovely staff and beds are comfortable. The breakfasts are superb, with fruit, yoghurt, eggs, cereals and bread and cheese plus pastries and tasty hot coffee served overlooking the harbour- magic!

De parador is van origine een groot herenhuis dat mooi in stijl verbouwd is en uitzicht heeft op de (marine) haven. De kamer was klein maar was wel zoals gebruikelijk gerieflijk. De cafetaria is stijlvol en het restaurant in de veranda met mooi uitzicht. Het enige probleem is, het parkeren van de auto. Na een tijdje rondrijden vonden we een plekje bij de kerk die tegen de Parador aanlegt.

Siamo stati bene. Colazione discreta anche se ieri mancava lo yogurt e oggi carenza di pane Posizione centrale e possibilità di parcheggio. Personale gentile Prezzo adeguato Camere piuttosto piccole ma bene insonorizzate . Grave pecca in alcune -come nella mia - mancanza di bidet in bagno, abbiamo però pagato come gli altri che lo avevano.
