Cm Apartelle Iloilo International Airport by RedDoorz

I booked at CM Apartelle but they checked me in at different accomodation. The place is filthy, the toilet bowl and sink has molds. Totally different from the uploaded images on their site.

Good thing here is its close to the airport, the room is also clean but our experienced is very disappointing. We booked here because of unfavorable weather conditions at cancelled ang mga flights. There's no power supply that time pero hindi nila ginamit yong generator during day time but we consider it pero nong gabi na around 6pm madilim na inside the room hindi pa rin nila binuksan ang generator kasi it was scheduled to open  pa ng 8pm daw nong marami na nagreklamo lalo may kids binuksan nila by 7pm then around 3am they turned it off again.🥹kaka disappoint lang ang service nila

I booked CM Apartelle coz I know it’s just outside the airport gate, but during check in I was told I am actually booked to their extension apartelle called Celcor Pension house. I was disappointed initially coz I expect I could rest right away but have to walk 2 mins from the property. Celcor Pension House is better, larger rooms with basic amenities and very clean. I would opt to book this instead should I’ve known i will be transferred to this property.

I don’t usually leave written reviews, but I booked CM Apartelle online with my partner and her sister, and the experience was pretty disappointing. We arrived a bit early, not to check in yet, but just to leave our bags before heading out for lunch. Check-in time is at 2 PM, which was fine with us — we didn’t mind waiting if the room wasn’t ready, since we weren’t planning to stay yet. Still, the staff didn’t feel welcoming at all, and instead of giving us the rooms we reserved, they placed us in what they called their “extension.” The staff did apologize, but the bigger concern was how unprofessional the whole process felt. They seemed more like they were just at home than running a business. We were asked to walk over to their extension building — which was okay since it wasn’t far — but once we got there, one of the staff started complaining right in front of us, saying we should’ve been placed in the original building since there were still vacant rooms. She was even cussing while saying it, and whether she was shouting or that’s just how she normally speaks, she came across very loud. On top of that, I'm sure they cleaned the room and had it ready for us but the beddings had a bit of a smell, which is unpleasant. Overall, the only positive thing I can say about this place is that it’s close to the airport. The staff themselves aren’t bad, but internal issues should be handled privately — not in front of guests.

Very near at the airport, can walk like a few meters away, they accept late check in.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here because it is so near in the AirPort
