Horrible location I booked the hotel for Nov.1-Nov 5. Arrived Nov. 1 I could not stay there on arrival because the hotel did not have confirmation from you put us in a horrible situation never again will I use *******

It was a very bad experience. The hotel had no hot water, no heater, bad service overall, the blankets and towels were not of the quality for a hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Very quiet area with food and groceries. Able to get taxi to go anywhere with ease. Convenient location to airport. reception staff were very helpful and accommodating .

L'hotel è carino, ha una grande terrazza all'ultimo piano dove poter stare in qualsiasi ora, la nostra camera era spaziosa e aveva tutto il necessario. Tramite l'hotel abbiamo organizzato un tour per visitare le bellezze intorno a Oaxaca. Non c'è la colazione, ma offrono il caffè gratuito e qualche volta anche il pane dolce e la cioccolata calda, se uno vuole lascia un offerta. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Grazie!
