What an experience . Fully equipped villa with a quirky outside shower and and an amazingly comfortable mattress , it almost felt felt like a home from home . On my departure , I was almost ready to go through the Departure Gate , when I realised that I had forgotten my travel wallet in the villa safe . I phoned Reception and told Lulu of my predicament . Great was my surprise to find that she had travelled at breakneck speed to the airport to bring me my wallet . That is what you call service , and that is also why I would not consider staying anywhere else In Broome !

A wonderfully relaxing and tranquil property, beautifully maintained and comfortable. A real oasis in an otherwise quite harsh environment during the buildup to the wet season.
Staff were very friendly and kind and the restaurant was wonderful!

This is a delightful place to stay in Broome. The grounds are lovely and the rooms spacious and well appointed. Cable Beach is a short walk away or a two minute drive. The restaurant is outstanding. We'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Spent 6 relaxing nights at the Bali Hai. The hotel is about 500 metres walking distance to Cable Beach. There is a tavern and a cafe/grocery store only about 200 metes away.
I found the area quiet with well maintained.
The hotel has a very good quality restaurant with excellent service. There is a local bus service that operates regularly past the hotel.

The grounds and pool area is so calming. The cafe/restaurant has great food and wonderful service.
