We had a large one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and washer and dryer. It was clean and overlooked one of the many pools on the property. The restaurant is only open for breakfast currently but there are other places not far. We were able to walk to Cable Beach in about 20 minutes.

The unit was grubby, with broken furniture, dirty windows, and floors. I was so surprised that I took photographs. No room cleaning on a public holiday - excuse being to give guest privacy despite there being ‘do not disturb’ door hangers. (Not wanting to pay staff penalty rates perhaps)

Requesting a refund on accommodation, spoken to manager today, room condition is appaulling, cleaning standards are very low standard. Room not cleaned for 5 days. Had to chase for towels/toilet paper. Staff at reception very good regarding customer service. Actually property is very nice, relaxing and well kept.

Resort is in a great location, walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Beautiful tropical, well maintained grounds with swimming pool. Lovely clean room with a very comfortable bed!

Just lacked attention to detail, smeared mirrors and shower screens, build up of calcium.overall room was great, good facilities and overall cleanliness was to a good standard. Restaurant was closed that was disappointing.
