Não gostei! fiquei insatisfeito, pois fechamos um pacote com pensão completa e tivemos um buffet livre, ofereceram apenas uma escolha de refeição do cardápio e 1 refrigerante em lata apenas.

O local é perfeito, para a familia é sensacional, área de lazer, piscina e eventos do hotel te prende no local com muita diversão. Se tiver como comprar pensao completa, o restaurante é uma atração a parte, comida muito boa. Porém tem pontos negativos que precisam melhorar e sao importantes. 1° , estávamos em familia e reservamos 3 quartos, encontramos barata nos 3 além de também ter visto no restaurante. 2°, nos quartos o wifi é péssimo, não conecta, pedi varias vezes auxílio na recepção mas não houve solução, ficamos isolados de internet nos quartos durante a estadia. Wifi apenas no restaurante e área de lazer. 3°, o local é antigo mas dá pra tolerar mas em 1 dos quartos o ar condicionado estava com defeito, foi um sufoco. Amo o local, já fui 4 vezes, pretendo ir mais, mas... o hotel precisa cuidar melhor da estrutura.

Atendimento muito bom, principalmente de CAROL na recepção e de YURi no restaurante. Amoço deixa muito a desejar e no banheiro não tem aquelas barras de apoio que fazem falta a idosos. No mais tudo bem.
