Wonderful hotel, receptionist who attended me in check-in a love (sorry not to remember the name) always all very requested staff, all very gentle are congratulated, the bed clothes and towels so cherry that it was to feel before going into the room, always making the perfect room fit when we went out, breakfast a delicious with a lot of options, always making repos quickly, good location near everything! 15 minutes from Arraial and near the neighborhood of the passing that is perfect night, excellent covered parking, tasty swimming pool, very good sauna! The hostel is very beautiful, but it was not fully worth the price paid due to some details. Positive points: - Breakfast (Excellent note 10 for Telma. Cheguei com uma reserva para familia com 5 pessoas mas só tinha 4 camas e o funcionário falou que a pousada não possui quartos com 5 acomodações, mesmo aparecendo no Booking.com um valor a mais para 5 pessoas. Ainda tive que ouvir do funcionário se não quisesse q eu cancelasse , sendo que estava fazendo o check in as 18:00 e não conseguiria outra pousada! A estrutura da pousada em si é bem ruim com várias coisas com aspecto de quebrada e isso se reflete nos quartos com disjuntores caídos e parte de instalação elétrica exposta. Quando fui reclamar sobre o ar condicionado que não estava conseguindo ligar ele falou q deveria ser a pilha, porém nada fez e deixei como estava Roupa de cama bem ruim inclusive apesar da minha reserva ser para 5 pessoas que se tornou para 4 só haviam 2 toalhas de banho. Na hora do café da manhã tomei café em pé pois tem muitos quartos e apenas 4 mesas além do horário do café ser somente de 8:00 as 10:00 o que faz com que todos estão no café quase ao mesmo tempo. A vaga de garagem praticamente não existe pois são somente 3 em fileira. Resumindo se for só dormir e for uma pessoa muito desapegada e que não possa investir pouca coisa pode passar essa raiva! Mas diferente disso não passe perto
