We were 8 days, the hotel outside doesn't say much, because there is a building room, but once you enter, it is perfect, all the facilities, with a large dining room, and beautiful terrace, the attention of the excellent staff, So Isabel, Jonas, Lucas, Daniel always available for everything,

Amazing place to stay, right at beach is excellent location. Room was great, staff extremely friendly. Very clean and they are in complaincy with Covid prevention and rules at been enforced at the hotel. The include breakfast is one of the best I had on my 45 years of traveling. Front desk and management is there for you!. They call us by our names, always smiling for you and much more. I will definitely come back. If you want the best room, ask for one with big balcony at front of the hotel. The view is amazing, room is very large (could use more furniture or have a spa in) but the view is priceless. I would recommend to stay away from rooms close to elevators because Brazilians are loud ( I am Brazilian lol) but overall close to the best area and food. It is an amazing suite with the best view but you got to be lucky to get that one, great view on second floor, easy to know, look my pictures and you will see why the view is priceless. I highly recommend visit Búzios but if you are not driving, ask staff to get you a driver if you need to visit cities near by, don't use any locals the hotel staff don't recommend. In Búzios, go in a busy days and try to be back before streets start getting empty. They call a driver for me and he even took me back to airport because I changed my plans and didn't have enough time to call my main transportation company WRio. Don't go by helicopter because is not a landing area near by, you will have to fly to Cabo Frio Airport. I do recommend this hotel and if you need to get there, you better call a transportation company, DO NOT GO BY BUS, I heard take hours because they stop at many places to pickup other passengers. Renting a car is an option but honestly with traffic, radars and gasoline at $7 per gallon, you will be almost the same using a transportation company. I used WRio Transport and was a Five star rating company. Excellent drivers, bulletproof vehicles and owner is on top of whole operation. They offer beach chairs and beach umbrella ( make sure get there early, umbrella is limited by city code enforcement) I could write so much but been by far the best place I ever stay at Pero Beach should be enough. For the ladies, ask to go to ”Rua dos Biquines”, you won't believe but a nice one is $10 and you will pay $65 in USA. At beach, right to your left is ”Barraca do Sorriso”, they have the best food and you eat at the table on the sand. Amazing food. I always prefer using professionals and read reviews before go anywhere and I hope this will help.

Very good hotel, standard service, friendly service, cleanliness is OK, the only detail to point out is the lack of an iron ... has one unit, and it is still broken, it is a cheap tool, can not be missing in this size of hotel. I suggest you have a great experience.

We arrived 30 minutes prior to our checkin and the concierge told us our room wasn’t ready. No big deal. We had 2 rooms (one for my family and one for my sisters) so I gave them both our names and went for lunch. I informed them my sister would be arriving later in the day. My family went and had lunch and when we went back upstairs they said my room wasn’t ready, but my sisters was (even though I told them my sister was arriving LATER IN THE DAY). When my sister arrived we all went to our rooms and realized they were too small and asked for an upgrade. This was a mission since the same lady thought we were disputing our reservations but all we wanted was to upgrade (my sister and I are fluent Portuguese speakers, we are native to Brazil, so it was NOT a language barrier) We FINALLY upgraded and our new rooms at 4PM (3 hours after I arrived). They said the room needed to be cleaned and asked us to wait. No issue. UNTIL it was past 8:30pm and our room was STILL not ready and we had 3 kids in our party that needed to go to bed. At this point we found out that THE ENTIRE RESORT HAS 1 CLEANING LADY and that was why this was taking so long. Ou rooms were only ready at 9:30PM. When we went to speak to the manager, he completely disregarded my sister and would only speak to my husband which was very sexist. He and the whole staff truly offered ZERO assistance to make anything better, and this was ALL ON THE FIRST DAY. Cherry on the cake, the bar only has 1 bottle opener and the towels are stained and old. The staff and manager are unequipped and undertrained. Terrible experience.

Pousada super bem localizada, próximo a mercado, americanas,, muito perto da rua mais badalada de búzios (ruas das pedras), vários restaurantes próximo, perto da praia do canto, e dá pra ir tranquilamente a pé até a praia dos ossos, as princesinhas de búzios azeda e azedinha e na praia top que é a ferradura. Sem falar na orla bardot que é linda. Agora falando na pousada, atendimento top, limpeza dos quartos bem feita(todos os dias), toalhas limpas todos os dias. Café da manhã maravilhoso, com frutas, sucos, pães, frios, sanduíches, salada de frutas, café feito na hora e café da máquina, fora os bolos maravilhosos e doces e mais outras comidas deliciosas. Fomos super bem atendidos por todos na pousada, mas a simpatia do Yuri e da Vânia super se destacam, simpatias em pessoa, queridos e muito solícitos! Enfim, só temos elogios do local. Amamos tudo e com toda certeza voltaremos a búzios e iremos pra essa pousada, mas da proxima vez com a família toda!
