Fiquei bem decepcionada pois a avaliação e comentários sobre o local eram muito boas o que nos fez escolher o hotel . Porém na nossa vez foi horrível , nos colocaram num quarto que o chuveirinho atrás do vaso sanitário vazava muito , não realizaram nenhum serviço no quarto de limpeza nem de troca de toalhas ;ACREDITO QUE NÃO FIZERAM ISSO DEVIDO Á,NO MOMENTO EM QUE FORAM NO QUARTO POR VOLTA DAS 08:30 DA MANHÃ (SEM SEQUER BATER NA PORTA ) SAÍRAM ABRINDO E QUASE PEGAM MEU MARIDO PELADO 😡 Achei ridículo !!! Não voltaram nem para pedir desculpas e muito menos para fazer a troca de toalhas nem roupa de cama .

The perfect hotel where everyone is willing to help and host you. The breakfast leaves something to be desired, yes, but it's close to everything. It has a market and pharmacy in front of it, any type of store. 2 km from Cabo Frio passage, you can walk. And Praia do Forte can be reached by uber or by car...very close. Or if you like walking, it's worth it too. McDonald's, nice restaurants... even if you want to go out for dinner, Porto Alegre is the best place to go.

Room 312 is small and has to go sideways between the bed and the table. on the penultimate day of our stay. Beach, Supermarket, Pharmacy and banks nearby.
At night we went to the Passage neighborhood for a romantic dinner.
