La descrizione delle TENDA VIP proposta non corrispondeva affatto alla realtà ! Si poteva stare eretti solo nella parte centrale. Impossibile resistere al caldo anche in marzo . Abbiamo dovuto optare per la capanna , molto costosa in rapporto ai servizi che dà la struttura. Scarsità di cibo sia a colazione che a pranzo. La sera quasi impossibile cenare. Per arrivarci non c’è strada : ci vorrebbe un fuori strada che noi non avevamo e siamo arrivati con molta difficoltà. Impossibile pensare di spostarci a Pedernales per visitare il pueblo. Attorno al Lodge il deserto: siamo in un parco naturale, ci è stato detto! Bella solo la location : la Bahía de las Aguilas .

Es importante que las personas que están considerando hacer este destino estén conscientes que las carreteras para llegar hasta aquí están en mal estado y que deben ir preparados con repelente de mosquito . Además al estar en un lugar tan remoto deben ir bien preparados. En cuanto al hotel hay muchas deficiencias que pueden mejorar como el trato por parte la recepción, las hamacas hay que lavarlas , y considero que deberían ser un poco más profesionales en servicio al cliente ya que no es un hotel económico . La comida estuvo bastante aceptable pero recuerden que a l cuenta le añaden un 28%adicional entre impuestos y propina

el lugar es espectacular, el personal del bar y restaurante todos muy atentos!, la comida nada muy especial (el risotto de camarones horrible), la atencion de la chica de recepcion (turno de la tarde) es realmente mala, además de que por su error casi nos quedamos sin excursion. Creo que les falta mejor mantención (las colchonetas de las reposeras muy sucias, hay bastante basura en los alrededores de las cabañas)

La experiencia magica, solo que pueden mejorar el servicio con maa claridad y bo mintiendo o engañando al cliente cuandi hay una solicitud especial con antelación como un vebtilador. A mi llegada, que ya no habia, al final despues de hablar con muchas personas, incluido el gerente, termino apareciendo 1.

Everything in overall great, but with breakfast included they have to be more open to this , because they have too limited options and for the money pay , they will are more open to offer better breakfast, aster that is a great place

No much variety on food and the faucet water was salty. Despite the roaches and mosquitoes and No AC nor electricity overnight…. It could be a very nice DAY trip where no accommodations are expected; but I would not recommend spending the night if you have any heart condition.

The beach is just one of a kind. The concept is great but no a/c on a 100 degree weather and mosquitos wants to eat you a live. In the area is definitely the best choice. Maybe avoid July and August. Staff super friendly and helpful they really try to help you with everything.
