Most amazing views! Friendly staff. Property well kept. Prompt service, including golf cart drivers. So many pool options. Only complaint would be I wish our rooms were cleaner. Toilets, floors, showers, etc

Parliett was absolutely amazing, 10/10 service each and every day! He always made sure we had whatever drinks and food we needed. He was also the kindest person ever. He made sure to look for us each day. Our trips here each year have been nothing but amazing each time.

Lovely resort at the tip of the Baja peninsula. Rooms are generously sized and I think all have an ocean view. Great choice of restaurants, but be sure to get the All-Inclusive as ala carte pricing adds up quickly. Our favorite dining spot was La Bistro, extensive menu, outstanding service. Pedro was our server several times, he clearly loves his job and wants his guests to enjoy their visit. Also an amazing Brunch at La Nao. Whales parade past in the winter/spring season. And yes, amazing sunsets.

Older buildings are not upgraded to the standards and luxury of the resort. Furniture us dated abd not all in good working condition. Not enough plugs in the rooms.

We liked the beautiful grounds, the view, the food, the staff and the pools. We didn't like calling for transportation from the room to get around the property. More dedicated footpaths (without cart traffic), elevators and escalators could make it more walkable
