Muy mala atención. Parece que el staff te hace el favor de atenderte. En especial el varón qué atiende en la mañana. Es la segunda vez que nos atienden mal, ojalá y atiendan este punto sino para buscar otras opciones. Ojalá y el gerente ponga atención en este punto.

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado a pocos minutos de todo lo que necesitas en Cabo San Lucas, lugares para comer/cenar, lugares de ocio y tiendas, la Marina esta a 10/15 minutos. Las habitaciones son sencilla y el baño algo antiguo. El desayuno ofrece cafe y zumo gratis y los platos con un coste. Según te dicen el precio incluye el pan del desayuno, pero si pides unas tostadas (ese pan) hay que pagarlo.

Worst beds ever, oldest room ever get what you pay for Worst hotel ever but you get what you pay for. It was laughable how bad it really was. No fitted sheets. Mattress was disgusting. Im not picky but it is not like the pictures

Loved the beds, very affordable breakfasts. Rooms were dated but comfortable. Would've liked a microwave for reheating all the delicious leftovers we brought back to the room. Cleaning ladies were top notch

Estuve hospedado 2 noches en la habitación 113 con mi familia pésimo servicio por parte de las camarista( no supe si nombre) y sin contar de la recepcionista del turno olía muy feo a cerveza y al parecer estaba borracha aún El hotel está muy bonito y la alberca súper deliciosa Servicio en restaurante muy bueno aunque las comidas estaban sin sabor En mi opinión final les digo que están en excelente ubicación pero se debe mejorar en el servicio al cliente ya que nosotros somos los afectados

Pesimo, Las fotos de propaganda colgada en diferents pàgina de Internet no tienen nada q ver con la realidad, el espacio piscina puede pasar para tomar se algo un rato en un espacio abierto. Pero las habitaciones són desastrosa, se ven viejas, descuidadas, de aspecto sucio..... Se queda una absolutamente decepcionada y una sensación incòmoda por no superar unos mínims de presència

Villa Estancia is a nice place to stay in Cabo. It's not a resort so the amenities are more like a condominium. The downside is the cruise ships block your everyday. When you do have a view it can be spectacular. Shout out to Axel at the pool! Dtnamite service Mi Amigo!
