Top of class resort! My wife and I have been able to travel and stay at some of the best hotels and resorts in the world, and this is in the top 3 for us. From the moment we arrived the staff was over the top polite and helpful. The views and grounds are spectacular and the dining, bars, teqilla lab and music each evening made everyth8ng very comfortable and special. Lastly, the rooms are very cozy and comfortable. The plunge pool is small, but the views while hanging out in it are 9ver the top!

What an incredible time, but one of our highlights was how attentive Daniel, our pool server was! He would go out of his way to find us at breakfast just to ask if we wanted a chaise near the swim up bar, he was always there when we needed him and he made the experience at the pool that much more enjoyable! Thank you Daniel!!

Over the years, Waldorf Astoria Pedregal, has been a bucket list resort for me. When choosing resorts, everything from aesthetics, architecture, price, reviews, and exclusivity, all play a factor. The Waldorf Astoria Pedregal has always caught my eye and each year, they battle it out amongst several other resorts in Mexico as who takes the #1 spot. I have to say, the service received is unparalleled! From the upgrade to a 3 Bedroom Oceanview Villa, to the complementary custom bottle of Clase Azul, the lifetime experience turtle release, or assistance at the airport all the way to security … I am impressed! The Waldorf Pedregal is by far the best resort I have stayed at and I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Cabo San Lucas!

My family had the best time staying at the Waldorf. Not only was it one of the most beautiful, tastefully done resorts I’ve ever stayed at, but it was incredibly baby friendly which was music to my ears as a new parent. The two kid-friendly pools with plenty of toys, the loveliest staff I’ve ever met, the helpful golf cart system if you can’t make it back to your room in the heat - the list goes on and on. I would absolutely recommend this resort for anyone but especially for families with young children. Everyone we met was so wonderful - Cesar, Daniel, Salvador and Régulo at Don Manuel's were so kind and friendly with our son (even when he was running around being the active little guy he is) and everyone at the pool club, especially Sergio, were so accommodating and kind to us. Anali, our concierge, was super helpful before and during our trip. She arranged a sitter one night (Nancy), who we would also highly recommend if you have little ones. Overall, 10/10 would stay here again and highly recommend for people looking for a chill, easy, lovely vacation.

The most incredible stay we've ever had! Service starts before arrival with an email from the concierge in our case it was Francisco Aguila he was incredibly kind and helpful with anything we would need prior to our arrival. The property itself is immaculate the grounds, the ambiance, the scenery. It's truly breathtaking. We were then checked in by Alberto Ronco who really was special and took care of us our whole time at the resort. At the time of our arrival the town was experiencing a power outage and while that was going on Alberto and the whole staff were working tirelessly to make everyone comfortable despite the circumstances. Dinner at Don Manuel's (we did not make it to El Farallon) was delicious . .the host Oscar and his staff were all very nice, professional and attentive. Honestly there is no other place I'd recommend more than this property. More than the beauty of the property the staff made our experience truly special.

My husband and I celebrated our 6 year anniversary and we had the most Amazing time. From the moment we were picked up at the airport from the hotel private car service to Carlos Hernandez our butler for our entire stay, to Roberto the future chef and housekeeping who always payed close attention to every detail. The views were incredible. This was by far was one of the best hotels in Mexico. We did not want to leave the hotel because the amenities were so great!!! The daily guacamole and small coronas were just the right touch for mid-day!! Let’s not forget the surf and turf sushi rolls.. just wow!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. I look forward to our next visit!! Thank you to all the wonderful and amazing staff!! The end to the trip with cookies and water for our ride to the airport with Cesar as our transport to the airport was the last special touch to our trip!!

Amazing resort! Staff/Service was 10 stars! You wont have any regrets. Was hesitant about an August visit due to summer heat but there was a constant breeze at hotel, everything is nicely shaded, and the pools were kept at very refreshing temperature. Only "negative" feedback would the food prices were a little steep for what it was...everything was good but $39 for a burger just seems a touch excessive
