We were very pleasantly surprised with this property. Rooms were basic but clean, all we needed. We hung out outside the room as the grounds were beautiful. There was complimentary coffee in the morning and cold water available all day. The place was in an amazing location. We could walk everywhere, including the marina and Médano beach. We had a car also, and parking in the street was no problem.
Julian was great!! He was so helpful and kind. We are already planning our next trip there. Such an amazing find!

After our favorite Mar de Cortez closed, this motel was a smaller version of the same concept. We really enjoyed this little hidden oasis. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Very affordable and basic amenities with nothing fancy it was exactly what we were looking for!

Located in the heart of Los Cabos area, easy to access from all transportation options. This place is walking distance to restaurants, nightlife and everything Cabo has to offer. Small family run business also and eco friendly place.

Excellent location and very friendly reception. Super clean and comfortable. Rooms are nice, with a little kitchen. It is very quiet. Nice terrace. The Marina is at walking distance, so are all the good restaurants. We had a very pleasant stay .

spartan, dated rooms with not a lot of amenities but the pool and courtyard are fantastic, and walkable to all the Cabo highlights. Private gardens are well-maintained and staff is very gracious. We loved the bag porter/maintenance man. Off street parking is a great feature.

It was a Very clean, Quiet place. The property is located downtown and close to the marina. Definitely would stay here again. Great coffee ready at 7am. Nice little pool to cool off in. Speaks English and the staff was very helpful in recommendations. It was great!

Great place, grounds are beautifully manicured, clean rooms and great staff. Very safe and great location with locking gate to the street. Beds are comfortable, A/C works great. Maid service everyday with nice towels. Will be back again!

A lovely oasis in the midst of a busy, noisy tourist city. Walkable to many areas of Cabo San Lucas.
Comfortable rooms, two outdoor patios. Unique place at a great price.
