This hidden gem of a hotel was a refreshing and brilliant retreat for our first visit to Cabo. It is close enough to town that we walked everywhere, but just far enough away that we were free of the noise and business of town. It is an adult only hotel. This does not include the restaurant., which you must go through to access the pool. I’m not sure if it was because of it being Mother’s Day weekend, but on the Saturday, there were a number of family’s visiting the restaurant, and their children were in the pool. It isn’t something that I was upset about at all, I wasn’t using it…I’m just not sure what the rule is in regards to it, considering it is adult only, We visited during a time that there didn’t seem to be a lot of other guests. I imagine it could be an annoyance if it were busy, and you were trying to sunbathe and there was a pool full of children. Our room had all the amenities we needed, a kitchenette( more so suited to reheating leftovers and cooking one pan options, then making a whole meal ) Netflix, laundry, an excellent housekeeping experience and a spectacular view of the city towards the ocean. All the rooms face the back of the building with a view directly to the sunrise. We were also privileged with being able to watch the fireworks almost every night from our balcony that were set off in the bay. The pool is accessed through the little restaurant, which has delightful food and happy hour drinks daily from 2pm-6pm, 2 for 1 cocktails and beer. The pool gets full sun until about 230 pm daily, but stays deliciously cool, as it is quite deep. Overall we had a delightful relaxing stay and would 100% stay in this hotel again.
