Absolutely the best service, amenities, and location! The views from the lobby, your balcony, the infinity pool, and the beachfront restaurants are amazing. Swimmable beach, close to downtown/marina. Ana, our personal concierge was the best!! She took care of anything we needed.

The staff was not friendly, did the bare minimum and were not very helpful. The lack of strong air conditioning, how loud it was, and the vibe at the pool seemed somewhat trashy. The craft restaurant was great the first night, but was the second night We had been at Nobu and decided to spend an extra two days at this property and was very disappointed, considering they were pretty much the same price

Beautiful hotel, fabulous position and excellent staff, however one fundamental flaw. Around about 11:30 every day a DJ arrives by the pool and proceeds to play extremely loud dance music with a heavy continuous heavy beat until around 6pm. This makes the pool area pretty much unusable, it is so loud. Taxi after taxi arrives with people for the Taboo Beach Club, resembles spring break. Would have loved to enjoy the pool and eat at Taboo, however the music is so loud that you cannot hear anything else. There is a fundamental disconnect between staying guests and promoting a spring break atmosphere with so many people arriving. If I am paying $500 a night and $12 for a bottle of Corona, $25 for a cocktail it would be nice to be able to enjoy and relax by the pool in the afternoon, that is impossible. Background music is fine, but this is so loud you can feel the bass across the hotel. Hotels want guests to stay and spend money in the restaurants, however this encourages guests to go elsewhere in the afternoon. Before 11:30 and after 6pm it is fabulous, excellent breakfast overlooking the sea, great service and the rooftop bar is fabulous. The staff were super and food excellent. The hotel needs to decide what it is, A loud beach club aimed at heavy drinking and hen parties etc, or a beautiful relaxing hotel. The target customers are very different.

Excellent views and location. Rooms are upscale and service is great. Having taboo beach club and pretty lively restaurants makes this a one stop destination.
One downfall is the extremely overpriced drinks. How is Cabos drinks higher in USD than Miami, LA, NY, Bahamas etc?? Mexican reports took advantage of supply/demand during Covid. If y’all resorts continue this madness of domestic alcohol (tequila) price gouging, this will be your demise. This hotel is not the only to blame but should take a stance.
I don’t love Los Cabos but if I’m there, this is a great spot.

Had a great time celebrating two birthdays with a large group of people. We enjoyed the amenities, the beach, and the easy access to the rest of Cabo. Particularly thankful to our concierge, Ana Aura. She made the difference! She helped us organize everything once we arrived.

The place is great with only one minor complaint for the food options available for vegans/vegetarians (no meat/no eggs) in few of the restaurants and as well as in the breakfast menu.

My recent stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. From the moment we arrived, we realized something was not right. Not only were we assigned the wrong room, but the check-in process was disorganized and unprofessional. As repeat guests, we expected a certain level of service, but sadly that was absent during this visit. The previous management always went out of their way to resolve our requests and ensure a pleasant stay, but the new management seems to be completely lost as to how to treat their regular guests. In addition to room assignment confusion, we found the front desk staff to be poorly trained and lacking the friendliness and efficiency we had previously experienced. Our simple requests seemed to be a challenge for them, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. The lack of attention to detail was evident throughout the stay. The quality of service has decreased significantly under new management, and it is evident that they are not living up to the expectations of repeat guests like us. We hope that management will take action to address these issues and restore the quality of service we were accustomed to. Otherwise, we will have to look for alternatives for our future stays in the area.
