We had the best time at villa del arco! The staff was super attentive to every detail and made us feel special every day! Make sure to go see Omar at the bottom of the stairs by the ocean for the most fun kayaking and paddle boarding! 10/10 most fun vacation we’ve ever had!

Had a busy week of activities so a much needed chill day was needed. Had an amazing pool day thanks to Freddy. He kept the best mezcalitas I've had in a while coming so I never had an empty cup. He recommended some really good appetizers so we didn't even have to leave the pool when the munchies hit!

We had a great time with friends and had some of the best poolside service we have ever had from Gilder. Always smiling! Also we absolutely enjoyed our interactions with Oswaldo. He was busy making sure chairs were not left unoccupied and in addition gave me great Spanish lessons. Thanks also to Lleydi at the front fest and to Melissa for helping with room changes. Can’t wait to see them all again next year

Kevin Beltran, Emmanuel, Joel Vallarta, and Idran made us feel very special as we lounged poolside and on the beach for the entire week. The food and drink were flowing all day, everyday. Good times! (All-Inclusive Package). Also, Mario from the El Patron Restaurant provided incredible service and attention to our group.

Do not stay here!!! My wife and I came for our 25th anniversary. My wife took a water aerobics class and was injured by an instructor. With no warning, without asking permission, he grabbed her from behind and squeezed her so hard that she had to go to urgent care when we got home for bruised ribs . We have spent months trying to get the hotel to cover the medical bills to no avail. Do not stay here under any circumstances!

Total relaxation on the lounge chair area above the beach with the gracious and hospitable server, Esquivel, who met all of our bar and lunch needs for four days. Happy Hour reigned supreme with Mudslides, Margheritas and Mojitos. Ceviche and Pita Alhambra with shrimp and bacon were outstanding. Oswaldo was provided outstanding security.

Our pool- and beach-side servers, Javier, Kevin, and Alberto were all exceptional. They were always checking in with us and anticipating our needs. These guys work so hard and with fantastic attitudes and humor. Servers like them are one of the main reasons we’ve come to Villa del Arco for three years in a row.
