Pilar de Spa me dio uno de los mejores deep tissue massage ever. El tiempo paso lento y fue muy profesional. La recomiendo plenamente. El Spa está muy bien equipado, todos muy amables. El hotel es el mejor de la zona! 100% recomendado! Gracias

Martin from the pool was very attentive but not pushy. He was always there to get whatever we needed. Very pleasant and polite and personable. We appreciated our entire stay great high quality drinks, but also attentive for food needs or assistance with my 74 year old mother!

My group of friends and I came for nurses week and we had a wonderful time. They were able to accommodate our large group for dinners and breakfasts easily, and the staff are very kind. Edit Cortez, the lovely woman making omelets, was my favorite chef! Florinda, one of the waitresses, was great as well and came to our tables in a timely manner with a smile on her face. This resort has absolutely beautiful desert landscaping and the poolside was always calm. The music on one side had more pop fun songs, and the other smaller pool played relaxing spa music- both of which were great and not too loud at all! It was always easy to find seats and the pool was just the right temperature. Poolside food was DELICIOUS. If you’re looking for a relaxing resort that isn’t far from the marina/the sister resort Rose with a swimmable beach, shuttle/transportation service, and more, this is it! The best dinner is at Siempre and Peninsula. Only suggestion is if they could build a little ice cream shop for a sweet treat in the afternoon!

This is our second trip to Pueblo Bonito Pacifica came with a large group. So far, it’s been a wonderful experience each time. The staffs were attentive and friendly. They were able to accomodate our big group for dinner and they gave us the best spot and service in both restaurants (Siempre and Peninsula). We came in the perfect month of May to travel unlike last time in November 2019 (cloudy skies and rain). Not to mentioned we got stuck in the airport and had to stay in a nearby hotel for a night. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel!

3rd visit to Pueblo Bonito Pacifico. It's private, uncrowded, and they have the friendliest staff. The food is amazing. You can lay out by the pool, or take a walk on the sandy beach. It's all possible here. No swimming in the ocean allowed, though. Very quiet. This is the place you go to for relaxation.

The food is high quality. The service is wonderful! Nice view, I like the Gym that looking at ocean. The bed is comfortable and linen is soft. The only thing that I would like better is an ice cream sampler at the beach bar. That will be fantastic after a hot day outside.

We returned last week from our 7th visit to Pueblo Bonita Pacifica, and it was just as beautiful & the service just as wonderful as it has been every time we've been. First let me say a HUGE thank you to the fantastic service that butlers Alan & Israel provide. They are both extremely friendly with great conversation and provide top notch customer service. Amanda and her team at the pool are outstanding, especially Luis & Gonzolo. Breakfast at Siempre is always great, Ana provides great service and Edit at the omelet station is awesome. The food at all the restaurants is excellent, but Pescados & Peninsula are two of my favorite. Marina at Pescados is great! If you are looking for a resort that has beautiful ground, great food & drink, and amazing service at a very reasonable price then Pacifica is the place for you!

Food fab! Service even better. We had the best trip ever. Would go back there again. No dull comment. People were fun and the energy was great. Thank you to the staff and the management. Our butlers, Gabriel and Dulce rocked. Come to Cabo and stay here. Enjoy.
