Loved Pubelo Bonito. Stayed in Monte Cristo villa. Great experience at spa and fitness center. Staff there is awesome. Left gym bag there. Phone, I pad and cash. Bonigno and Feliciano tracked me down & returned it. Great to ha e Honest dedicated staff

Todo el servicio excelente y muy rápido. El personal muy atento y siempre al pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Lo único que cambiaria es que hubiera algún restaurante o lugar donde no cierren tan temprano. Que haya alguna opción en Pacifica y no tener que movernos a otro hotel.

Pueblo Bonito Pacific is a magnificent resort. It is quiet (adults only), serene, very clean and well manicured and not so large that you need a shuttle to get to dinner. We have stayed before and found that the food quality is definitely better then before. We had a number of outstanding meals. We stayed in the Towers and had the use of the VIP Lounge and a butler. While we didn't utilize our butler a lot, Gabriel was outstanding. He is the kind of employee that guests come back for. Other employees needing a shout out from my wife and I were Isias and Isabel in the VIP lounge and Amanda and Francisco at the beach cabanas. All employees we encountered were great, but those I mentioned went above and beyond. The only negative I would point out would be the shortage of cabanas/beach beds. My wife and I pick resorts based on this and Pacifica was the best we had ever found in this regard. The webpage and the app both show a total of 18 cabanas. Imagine our surprise to arrive and find that they now only have 5. We were initially told all 5 were already reserved for our stay. This ended up working out for us as we were able to secure a cabana for several days of our stay, but the resort needs to be transparent about having 5 beds versus 18 that all of their advertising shows. I'm told the shortage is due to hurricane damage, but it seems like there would have been ample time to secure additional cabanas since the hurricane. We love the Pacifica, but would likely pick another adult all-inclusive next time if this issue isn't changed. This is likely not a big deal to many guests, but it was to my wife and I. Other then that one issue, fantastic resort!

We loved our dining experiences here. The staff make it so lovely. The food is so great. We loved Florinda. She was so sweet to have at breakfast Such care and attention. We would love to come back to this resort. The rooms were a bit small but the resort was the perfect size

Alberto, Hannia, and Isias made the whole trip incredibly special and enjoyable. Isias started off every day with a smile and he went above and beyond for us. Alberto and Hannia could not have been nicer. So helpful and so sweet. The entire week was heaven. Views? Perfect. Room? Exquisite. People? Friendly and welcoming. Food? Off the scale delicious. Pools were not crowded. Entire resort was calm relaxed and also had an upbeat atmosphere. We will be back. We kept saying that every day and meant it more and more after every meal.

Amazing spot. Edit makes the best omelettes with the best service. Gabriel and Dulce provided unparalleled service. Gorgeous facilities, everyone so friendly and everything was beyond description Gracias a todos por la hospitalidad y amistad!

We absolutely loved Pacifica. The service, hospitality and food were all amazing . If I could find one thing to improve ,I’d have to say that we have had a little better reception upon arrival at other resorts ie. welcome cocktail, warm towels, etc. but that was definitely outweighed by how amazing ever else was. We can’t wait to return.

The airstream bar is such a hidden gem The cocktails are handcrafted for the individual with incredible ingredients by the mixologist Yair Bautista. His knowledge is only exceeded by his positive attitude and outward hospitality towards all patrons. This made the trip memorable beyond any of the other experiences.

I went for a wedding and had the best food, the best drinks and I can not get over my hair and make up done by the girls here: Ceci y Valeria, Irlada from the spa, my hair and make-up stylists! I feel like I can truly have the best of both worlds with the best food, drinks and the best girls helping me look wedding ready! I can’t wait to come back.
