One of my favourite restaurants. Dinner on the beach! Great staff, great view of the arch, great food at a reasonable price! Doesn’t get much better! And my favourite soup! Pumpkin! Try it. You ‘ll not regret it! Good to get there while it’s still light to enjoy the views!

Friendly, clean safe and ready for vacation is what club Cabo brings to visitors. I have vacation three years in the month of November December at this location and it’s wonderful. From the outstanding restaurant to swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis and Pickleball your vacation will be filled with fun activities. Conveniently located on the sea of Cortez close to downtown on the harbor near the marina, you can travel either by foot or by cab to get to where you need to be in the beautiful town of Cabo

We have belonged to the club for 18 years. We see a change on the horizon. To much building and it has gone a high roller resort. The prices have gone up along with our maintenance fees. It's become from family friendly to very expensive to eat and drink on site. The members own the restaurant is what we are told , but to feed a family there will cost . The hurricane hit during our use week. Staff was ready but with no power because of generator failure. Be ready to see no affordable special on site, and pay more for everything. We usually spend $500.00 plus on our week. It was about 130.00 this year. Beautiful place but you will pay for it. We are contemplating on our future there.

Loud and obnoxious construction while still charging full price to stay here and be offended with dust, noise and chemical smell. We own 4 weeks here in December every year and this year has been destroyed because we are right next to the project. It's not a repair...it is an addition to create more units and put more human bodies on a property that is getting no bigger...just more crowded. If you want peace and tranquility, you might want to consider other choices, especially over the holidays. Was a gem once upon a time. Sad to see the direction it is going.

Love this place. We were original timeshare owners here here for over 20 years. Great staff, wonderful location, fun beach. Restaurant is amazing too, and architecture is not like any other place in Cabo.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located on a private beach within walking distance of many amenities. I was however very disappointed at the way Club Cascades’ front desk supervisor and ******* handled my booking. While checking in Veronica, the front desk supervisor mentioned that we would have to move not even half way through our reservation. The possibility that we would have to be relocated to an entirely different property was also mentioned. I was shocked at how defensive and unaccommodating Veronica was. Customer service by Club Cascades’ front desk supervisor was not provided to me or my guests. Veronica explained this was not the first time this has happened… I have been a consistent ******* user and never experienced an issue to this magnitude. This was especially distressing since it took place the day before my birthday. The next day a hotel staff member addressed one of my guests who was not involved in the hotel booking and told her we’d have to move and showed her another room. She told them she could not make that decision. This was done without notification or discussion with me. Club Cascades found another room for me and my guests on the property and I am grateful that it worked out. The majority of the hotel staff were professional, pleasant and very helpful. Needless to say the supervisor, Veronica was NOT. ******* and the hotel need to remedy this issue immediately and not allow guests to book beyond Thursday as per Club Cascades regulat

We have been visiting Club Cascadas for more than 20 years. It is a unique place. it is a great place to get away. For some people it seems odd to go to a place with no televisions in the rooms. For us that is part of the reason we go there. We have gotten to know the staff, many of them who have worked there for many years. Last year we started doing Yoga on the beach. The service and the staff leave nothing to be desired. Their main goal is to please the guests. The beds are extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. Beautiful palapas right on the beach, where you can enjoy the ocean view

We love everything about it! You have to visit fir yourself to see why! We bought two timeshares 15 years ago on our first visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It is family friendly. We have met so many nice people from all over the world. Because we come back twice a year…we consider the staff and other visitors our family too! ❤️
