Pedregal Suites - Marina and Downtown

DO NOT STAY HERE.... The Good News: The owner called me multiple times as she had some trouble with her local management. She was very nice and always trying to be helpful. The local manager was pleasant as well. The Bad news: Even though I notified them multiple times about our arrival time, the front door was locked and no one was there at 6 PM. We waited outside about 45 minutes with several calls from the owner that the manager would be there any minute....Finally, we left for dinner without getting in...I went back and he had gotten there. He also was very pleasant but late....I had paid for an upgrade but with him there so late, we stayed on our assigned room - no offer of partial refund or anything....I then went to take a shower and there was no hot water - and it was cold outside. Then, as we had gotten in late, my daughter tried to sleep late. She had put a Do Not Disturb sign on the door - the maids did not read it and woke her up anyway about 8:30 AM -

This property is exactly as described. It’s not fancy and the rooms are small but the location is excellent. The accommodations were clean and the staff was helpful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for affordable accommodations in the heart of Cabo

Nice hosts perfect location.

Rooms very small. Tv didn’t work and AC went out

Was close to everything walking distance to downtown.

Very easy access to downtown and marina area. Shopping and restaraunts. Secure/safe. Parking away from the main streets is a plus.

Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. Easy walk to the marina and places to eat.

The staff was lovely but the pictures were deceiving!
