They made me leave a day early and then when my booking company tried asked for a parcel refund they were rude and lied on me and tried saying that I took various items from the room and why would I when I am homeless and have no use for items said were taken front desk staff wasn’t very friendly at all

Staff was super friendly. Beds were comfortable. The only problem we encountered was the upstairs neighbors were stomping across the room at 4 am. I’m not sure if it was other guests or housekeeping.

The furniture was old and falling apart and ugly but the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean

The room looked clean, but smelled funky and there were stains on the carpet, etc. The evening clerk was lovely when we checked in. The morning clerk is sullen and grumpy. Breakfast was skimpy & unsatisfying, and posted warnings about only taking one breakast are accusatory and unwelcoming.

Lousy bed, way too high and like sleepi g on the floor it was so hard. Ill never go bsck their only solution was a step stool. The shower was not handicapped accessible,and no seat in it. I asked for a handicap room and its definitely was not
