Everything was perfect. We received a very warm welcome from Federico, the chef, and the entire team. The chef kindly gave us a tour of the property, which is superb, full of activities, and especially animals. The room smelled lovely and was very clean. The only slight drawback was a lack of light, but it wasn't a major issue. We also ate very well; the dishes were delicious. I highly recommend it if you're looking for peace and quiet in a relaxed setting.

Room/bathroom very nice. Noisy with people coming in at 1 am, 2 am and early morning making coffee etc. All rooms lead onto breakfast area/ entrance but location good for beaches and good restaurants near by. Worked for me

We rented a family room which was very clean, right in the city center. The breakfast was plentiful. Thank you for the warm and welcoming reception. Parking is free; you need to pick up a parking permit in your room.

Determined to visit the beaches of the Sinis Peninsula, we booked this guesthouse, located just steps from the historic center and minutes from the stunning Sardinian beaches. But the positives end there: breakfast was nonexistent, with low-quality products from large retailers (why not make a deal with a bar or bakery in the city center?), and the kitchen was infested with ants. The front desk informed us that linens would be changed on the third day, but this wasn't the case, and we didn't respond to our requests for clarification. Cabras and its beaches are highly recommended, but choose another property.

Delightful place, top-notch managers!! Large, well-furnished rooms with attention to every detail!! Abundant breakfast. Independent check-in, so you can arrive at any time with prior arrangement with the manager. It feels like home. Highly recommended to everyone!

Excellent location for exploring Cabras and reaching the beaches. Spacious, clean room, with attention to detail. The only downside, despite the variety of breakfast options, was that everything was packaged. There weren't even any fresh or artisanal products (except for fruit).
