O ar condicionado não estava gelando, chamei o responsável para avisar, o mesmo disse que tinha sido feito a manutenção a poucos dias e não sabia o que podia fazer, me ofereceu outro quarto mas que não tinha feito manutenção no ar, fiquei por um tempo no quarto pra ver se gelava mais e nada, retornei para o mesmo quarto pra não ter que mudar todas as coisas e as crianças que estavam dormindo (um de 17 meses e outro de 4,5 anos), no outro dia pela manhã não pediram desculpas e nem um reembolso, pois já tinha pago adiantado antes mesmo de entrar pro quarto.

A princípio pensei que fosse um hotel novo, pois a fachada está reformada, mas trata-se de um hotel bem antigo, entra claridade nos quartos, chuveiro não funcionava bem, cama pequena, estrutura bem antiga.
