Very old hotel, super tight parking and uneducated staff. Very good location and very high price, they take advantage of the Albacete festivals.

The location is not as good as that of its competitor NH Palacio de Oquendo, but the facilities and quality are much better. Very good quality/price ratio

Very close to the attractions, 5 minutes walk to the square and commercial street. The hotel room is very clean and the front desk service is also great. If you are not satisfied with the room, the front desk will immediately help you change to a suitable room

Modern hotel, very new, with spacious rooms, very well located and with the possibility of public parking under the hotel itself. All staff very friendly. To put it another way, the mattress on the extra bed was very soft. Surely we would repeat.

The room was not bad, but its cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We found the toilet completely dirty, just like a seedy bar. After notifying the reception they told us that they are going to send a cleaner while we eat, after returning from eating they had cleaned a little, only the lid, but it was still dripping all the way down. Another notice to the reception and a cleaner comes by again, apologizing to us and telling us that it is not normal, cleaning it a little more thoroughly but nothing out of this world, ballet in hand and scrubbing it everywhere. We used the spa, which is actually a bit fair. The location is good, a few meters from the center.

Excellent location, very close to the historical city center. Even though the hotel is large, it is quiet and peaceful. The staff is attentive and friendly. Study comfortable beds and nice linen.

Hotel and staff perfect in all aspects, you can't put a single but. Dinner with live music on Friday very pleasant. Our stay was a pleasure.

The hotel is very well located with good parking and very good qualities. without a doubt a great choice in Caceres

Large, clean, modern and well maintained room. They gave us one on the top floor and not a drop of noise, unfortunately it overlooked a mini-patio, most of them facing the outside that although it does not have views, it is more open. It's close to the center, it's all hilly and there's not a lot of parking in the surroundings, the price of parking is relatively high. The hotel staff all kindness and service, we felt at home, especially in the cafeteria-restaurant, which I will say is the best food and treatment I have received in a hotel in many years. We would certainly repeat, and recommend it.
