En términos generales esta bien, la comida no muy buena me dieron el Salmon crudo, hay ruido en la noche, por el precio puedes encontrar mejores opciones. la vista esta muy buena el servicio igual, la alberca parece más para niños esta muy pequeña, todo es escalera para gente mayor es pesado, el wifi no funciona de las 4 redes que tienen.

No es la misma habitación que ofrece la aplicación. La habitación estaba en el estacionamiento y junto a la puerta de acceso al hotel que cierran en punto de las 12:30 y que abren a las 6am en punto. Aunado a que la puerta de dicha habitación es básicamente una tabla que permite el paso de la luz y todo el ruido. La alberca es de 3x4 metros y en general permiten todo el ruido del mundo

El hotel está muy bonito y bien ubicado. Tiene acceso directo a la peña y está cerca del centro de Bernal. Fuera de eso, la habitación en la que me hospedé deja mucho que desear (caverna). El mobiliario del cuarto no es bastante anticuado y está remodelado a medias. La higene de la colcha de la cama y el piso de la habitación no era la mejor. El baño es muy pequeño. La privacidad es mala ya que todo se escucha por todos lados. La comida del restaurante fue lo que más nos descepcionó:
es muy cara y bastante mediocre. Otro problema es el estacionamiento. Desde que llegamos estaba muy lleno y había que pedir que movieran otros coches para poder estacionarnos. En general muy descepcionante. Hay hoteles del mismo precio que ofrecen mejores servicios.

No vale la pena, el costo de las habitaciones es excesivo. La habitación que nos toco no tenia ventanas, ni aire acondicionado. Ningún tipo de ventilación y súper pequeña. El baño igual diminuto. La decoración muy corriente. La carta del restaurante muy pobre en platillos y cara. La comida regular. El personal amable, pero no vale la pena pagar por quedarse en este hotel. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Es un hotel hermoso, con una vista envidiable de la peña, adicional nos tocó la habitación que tiene el mirador y es realmente hermoso. El servicio muy amable. La comida muy rica y las habitaciones hermosas y muy cómodas.

Mi cuarto no tenía frigobar y en la descripción decía que si tenía. No me pudieron solucionar ese problema y lo único que hicieron fue darme hielo. De igual forma, no hubo buena comunicación por parte del personal con respecto a algunas indicaciones, como donde estacionar mi coche, ya que por la noche me hicieron bajar para cambiarlo de lugar.

Es un hotel muy bonito. Tiene una buena vista de la peña. Está bien cuidado y limpio. Los muebles están en muy buenas condiciones. La comida está bien, aunque deberían ampliar su menú, ya que al menos en el desayuno solo cuentan con 3 opciones. Es recomendable llegar en auto. Falta mejorar la atención al cliente. Ya que en mi habitación faltaban las claves wifi. La habitación que me dieron no correspondía a la que reservé. No se me informó que estaban en remodelación y el ruido desde la mañana era algo molesto. Mi estancia estuvo bien pero si estos detalles se hubieran cubierto hubiera sido excelente.
