El hotel es moderno, cómodo y está bien ubicado. Sin embargo, me decepcionó que el hotel no respeta las plazas de aparcamiento para vehículos eléctricos ni para minusválidos. Hice la reserva llamando previamente y preguntando si las plazas de VE estaban operativas, y me dijeron que sí. En la aplicación de Endesa veo que hay 4 plazas para vehículos eléctricos que están un 99% desocupadas. Cuando llegué al hotel, me indicaron que no podía acceder a las plazas de VE de #Endesa, y tampoco me dieron una solución ni una alternativa. El trato de la recepcion muy mal, porqur no se ponian en mi situacion. Si anulaba la reserva, tendría un coste, y no podía cargar mi VE en los cargadores de Endesa porque el hotel no respeta las plazas de VEHÍCULOS ELÉCTRICOS 🚗🔌, ni las plazas de MINUSVÁLIDOS♿️😡🚫, que están ocupadas por otros vehículos. En la recepción del hotel ni siquiera se disculparon, solo me dijeron que el hotel es libre de hacer el uso que estime con las plazas de VE y las de Minusválidos, las cuales no tienen por qué reservar no respetar. Por cierto, el hotel es muy limpio, pero no volveré a ese hotel mientras la dirección de #OccidentalBarceloCadiz tenga esa política. #decepcionante #NoMásDiscriminación #AccesibilidadParaTodos #accesibilidad #VehículosElectricos
