The studio is well equipped with amenities. The hotel is within walking distance to major tourist attractions in Cadiz. There is a communal terrace.

We have been there twice now and it is our favorite place to stay in Cadiz. Very nice and up to date with good facilities including roof top terrace. The apartments are very nicely equipped and clean. Booking a garage space is highly recommend.
