Lovely hotel. Very good staff accommodating. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. However out in sticks but we really appreciated the quiet and tranquility of the complex. Twin beds not good for honeymoon. Groom protested! Even with joining up beds miles away for a kiss and a hug. Staff really friendly. George barman young lad so friendly and loved our group staying there. Food good. Lots of choice. Took a while to do coffee machine. Kept getting frothy milk for latte no coffee but got there in end. Lovely nature around us. We'll kept gardens, local heron. Loved the swinging chairs beside koi carp pond. Very relaxing. A perfect honeymoon. Tjankyou you made our holiday . Decorated our room with bunting champagne and balloons.

I travel a lot around the world and every time I Learn a lot. But stay at Fletcher Hotels is a learning experiences right from entry to exit. We arrived around 2.00 PM and after identification / verification were curtly told that the rooms would be ready only by 3PM and need to wait. When we said we have two wheelchair personnel, the front desk did say that we need to take the rear entrance or a ramp where you press a switch and we open the gate et al., for a new nee like us we’re in dark and was running around and finally found out and came up the ramp. If Some One could have come out and guided or atleast explained little MorenClearly We chose to lunch and exactly at 3.05PM were given the rooms with a clear instruction that we need to vacate the room by 11.00 AM sharp on 30Jun and Any late stay would be charged… The rooms were just adequately designed to sleep three in junior suite with an extra bed. But we’re finding it extremely difficult to manoeuvre the wheel chair inside the room. It’s not suitable for any challenged persons. One can’t easily get in and out of bed. Even the balcony being in triangular shape, there’s no legroom to move around even for one person with two garden chairs thrown in there. But the sea view is fantastic and can enjoy it behind the glass window from the room. Infact that was a good pastime for MOM who was engrossed in the heavy traffic of ships moving around. Also the water levels receding and hitting shores at high tides, jelly fishes getting washed away being Savoured by seagulls are sight to see. Breakfast is very ordinary and repetitive. But here again we learnt that irrespective of whether in the hall finishing your breakfast or not, sharp 10.30 it shuts down and cleaners take over. The chef too very professionally told that if you want hot water, please ask in the bar. So for the next few days we went in early and got out by 10.30 Well the breakfast was nothing too exciting and / or expecting to walk in. The sausages were too hard and salty. But evening host JACOM was very hospitable and showed a personal connection in making customers happy with a pleasant countenance . For any organization to be successful it’s the people on ground who matter and here’s one JACOM🤝 In the rooms, the soap kept in the shower is HAND WASH. Not sure whether this could be used for body and hair. But didn’t dare to ask the people there and bought soaps from outside and used it. On vacating day, we pleasantly had the surprise with the front office ROSE who was very affable and even granted us to check out a bit leisurely around 11.30. But we checked out by 11.00 itself. She even called taxi services but proved to be too costly and we made alternative arrangements. But definitely Rose made us forget the inconveniences we faced here.

The staff is very friendly. The interior is beautiful classic and comfortable. There is a lounge with a bank, chairs, a large table, a record player and a library with exchange/lease books. The hotel has no dining room and/or bar. In the lounge you can take drinks and snacks on the room number. The breakfast is fresh (except the juice of orange) and extensive. Very good for us. Gluten free was approached seriously and carefully, and in the morning they came to carry it spontaneously. That personal touch is very pleasant. We had a luxurious room with a terrace in the side building, and we did not find it; and we did not find it obeyed (the others were on the t**** floor, and they found it obeyed, and the staff were in the boxes at morning). There was a tape on the floor. Our luminous room had a beautiful and nice bathroom with shower and bathroom and fehn. Fridge, safe with box. Very beautiful accessories everywhere. The whole room had plaveys in wooden profile. We read about lovely beds everywhere, but we all found them too hard, but that is personal. Beds for longer people a little short (2m). The terrace: a small plate around with screws. There is a table and two chairs, behind the parking lot. The hotel is surrounded by a nice park garden and there are state-of-the-art villas with large gardens. The evening calls the forest; the morning the merl. The hotel is 10 minutes' walk from the centre and you can find it Parking free.

Auf der Suche nach Komfort: Wir hätten andere Bewertungen vor unserer Buchung lesen sollen, dann wären wir auf dieses Hotel nicht hereingefallen! Gebucht: 7 Tage im Juli 23 ein Comfort-DZ mit Terrasse. Gefallen hatte uns die Lage direkt hinter dem Deich außerhalb lebhafter Orte. Die 4 Sterne ließen einen gewissen Komfort erwarten, den es aber nicht gab: Weder Sonnenschutz an den Fenstern, noch Mini-Kühlschrank und auch kein Ventilator. Unser Zimmer ging nach Süden und war eine Sauna! Ein Upgrade wurde abgelehnt. Unser Zimmer im EG war zu klein. Es gab noch nicht mal Platz für einen zweiten Nachttisch. Die Matratzen sind zu weich und sichtbar durchgelegen. Statt Gläsern gibt es Pappbecher. Internet funktioniert gut, 3 deutsche Fernsehprogramme kann man sehen. Das Bad im Stile einer Dunkelkammer ist unzureichend beleuchtet und absolut zu klein! Zu wenig Platz, um von der Toilette aufzustehen,  ohne den Kopf anzuschlagen. Handtuchhalter fehlen. Zum Zähnrputzen gibt es billige Plastikbecher. Es fehlt überall an Haken oder Ablagen. Die Dusche ist geräumig, hat aber keine Tür und ist nicht ausreichend belüftet. Die Wände sind hellhörig. Über das Leben nebenan bleibt man nicht im Unklaren! Über das Frühstück und den Frühstücksraum haben hier schon andere Gäste Zutreffendes geschrieben. Das Restaurant hingegen erfüllt die Erwartungen. Pool und Fahrräder haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, uns hat es auch so gereicht.  Der Grund ist ein absolut unterirdischer Zimmerservice. Bis 15.40 Uhr tut sich absolut nichts, und in gerade mal 10 min. wird dann im Stile eines Rollkommandos Versäumtes oberflächlich nachgeholt. Als am ersten Tag die Betten auch danach nicht gemacht waren, haben wir bei der Aufsicht reklamiert. Trotz Ankündigung wurde das aber nicht korrigiert und eine Entschuldigung gab es auch nicht.. Am Folgetag wieder: Kurz wischi-waschi, Betten nicht gerichtet. Erst nach Reklamation bei der Zimmerfee brachte sie das dann mlißmutig auf die Reihe. Wir wollten das Hotel daraufhin nach zwei Tagen verlassen, es wurde aber abgelehnt, die nicht verbrauchten weiteren 5 Tage zurück zu erstatten. In den letzten zwei Tagen vor unserer Abreise wechselte das Personal, und wurde der Service besser. Trotzdem sind wir auf der Suche nach dem  4. Stern, den sich das Hotel zuschreibt. Wir finden: Bei solchen Lieblosigkeiten sind selbst 3 Sterne noch zuviel. Wer sich Ärger ersparen will, sollte einen großen Bogen um dieses Haus machen!
