RedDoorz Plus near Lapasan Plaza Cagayan de Oro

I have to say this was one of the worst stays i have had at any lodging The room. The sheets were not very clean In fact there were stains on them not to mention in the bathroom there was no toilet seat. The bathroom window was not able to fully close which meant that there were constantly so many mosquitoes coming into my room. I can honestly say I was afraid and went to get a dang test fortunately I was negative. As far as the cleanliness of the room it was not very clean especially anything above arms length because it was just pounds and pounds of dust everywhere The shower was either cold or so hot it felt like it was burning your skin not to mention the smell from the open window I would pour bleach in the bathroom from time to time to overpower the smell of the outside Staff: Im not sure why and it's very difficult to explain how the staff just were not friendly towards me they seem to be very friendly towards everyone else even other even other foreigner guest and customers but when it came to me they were always very cold although they would comply to things that I would ask them to do from time to time it was always very difficult to get the task performed. I'm not sure about their actual policy on cleaning the room but I did not have a housekeeper come to my room in the 8 days that I was there specifically to clean I would even have to ask them to take out the trash that was in my room because I wasn't sure where to throw it away. I was told when I arrived that there was a 100 peso per hour fee for checking in early although I never received the receipt for it Location?: location is a little bit different this lodging was in the middle of a residential neighborhood off a dirt road or I should say a gravel road this wasn't the worst thing you had access to many small convenience stores and it was only about a 10 minute walk away from the main highway. But this is was also the problem as well as this small neighborhood was filled with locals some of them not the kindest or nicest as well as many animals walking around defecating all over the ground there's not a very well lit street so if you're walking home by yourself it may be a little dangerous. Amenities. They're basically were no amenities The day that I arrived they gave me one roll of toilet paper to travel size soaps and one sachet of conditioner one sachet of shampoo there was no water as it was advertised You have to pay for it if you wanted it I couldn't even get clean towels on a regular basis

odor is not good coming from comfort room

the worst of all. its a nightmare. we arrived 11 pm. the road from main highway is narrow we almost got our car scratched. when we arrived the staff told us there were no bed available so we decided to cancel. we appeal to trip.com but there are no actions. until now we did not get our refund. 10x hell nah, this is the worst place to book.

Very unclean and nothing worked. Air conditioning was horrible. Warm all night. Just stayed at Reddoorz in Makati last night. What a difference. Makati was very clean and everything worked.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and affordable!

the location was quite hard to locate because it was located within same like squatter area with nearby houses and small roads until you reach the area..not enough parking area.. the room was old with some insects when we came.television signal not working that time

Everithing is old and lacks maintenance. After a long day you want to have a shower, but shower not work. Window doesn't close, dust, and loud noise from outside. I don't recommend this hotel.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed Air-conditioning - Bad, it was not cool enough and the water is leaking inside the room. Shower - No heater and in the morning there was no water Bed - They say that it was spotless but there are so many stains in it. Television - Not functional All in all not recommended hotel

The location is too secluded. Not good for solo travelers especially female ones.
