the ambiance is good. But still, no slippers inside, no bidet for the toilet, the blanket is quiet itchy. :(

The location is very good. Less than 5 minutes walk from Gaisano Mall. Easy to check in. Room is okay that is enough for 2-3 days sleep. Price is good. They have towel,soap and shampoo. Also have TV and fridge. You can ask for a hairdryer if you want. They have water dispenser on the hallways which is very good! It would be nice if they have cups for coffee.

It's in the center of Ca***an de Oro, so it's great because there are so many places to walk nearby. The staff are friendly.
Excellent except for the ants coming out of the bathroom and the constant smell.

Very good value for money for this hotel located next to the Agora bus terminal and the Gaisano and Centrio mall.
24-hour security service at the hotel entrance. Very clean room, comfortable bedding and air conditioning (+ flat screen TV with international channels)
The service is of high quality and the staff pleasant and available.

Its a 3 stars, or that is what they say, i think could be even 2. Is a new hotel but not, i mean new name but is so creepy and look old with small cackroaches coming from shower and sink. Old decoration, dark, even cant open windows and even cant see outside cause they put a big sticker covering all the windows. The worst place i have been in Philippines.
