Be aware of the SCAM! and book something else!!! My wife and I stayed in this hotel from the 19/6 to the 21/6 in a Junior Suite for the price of 480 € + 70 € a night for breakfast, total amount 1150 €. We were convinced by what seemed to be an amazing location and the rooms which looked really nice in picture... We thought that the breakfast was very expensive... But we were convinced by the many positive comments... We thought that this was going to be a dream... But instead let me tell you what is reality. 1. Location: There is no way you can reach the hotel by car... You must then leave the car in a small parking spot very far away from the hotel and you need to walk for 25 minutes and 150 steps (and I'm not kidding... Cause I counted them). The hotel comes pick you up only for check-in and check-out so either you choose to be prisiones un your room (which by the way has no view even if they sell it as it has an amazing view) or you need to bring very comfortable shoes and walk walk walk... At every hour of the day... Even at midnight. ps. I suggest you bring pepper spray... At least you are covered if you receive an agresión by someone at night 😂 2. The rooms - rooms are absolutely not close to the images... They are fine... Bed is super uncomfortable (you sleep on a 5 cm high futon...). I want to coment they would look nice in a 3 star hotel... Nothing for what you pay since this is considered a luxury hotel. Just to give you an idea: shower gel and shampoo are one single bottle... So imagine the quality they use... 3. Breakfast - THIS IS THE SCAM!!! They make you pay for what is actually included in your room!!! And we know because they say that breakfast opens at 7:00 am until 10:00 am. But... When we were supposed to leave early we woke up at 7 to have breakfast which by 7:20 wasn't yet ready and had to leave. I therefore complained with the reception and they told me "but monsieur breakfast is included you shouldn't have paid for it" 🤦🏻‍♂️. I therefore called ******* to have a refund but they replied saying that the hotel has refused to return any compensation... Not to mention... That 70€ a night to drink cappuccino from a vending machine... That's crazy!!! SINCE I'M POSITIVE THAT THE HOT WILL REPLY TO THIS REVIEW SAY THAT I'M LYING... I'm adding here picture's that prove what I'm saying! You then choose who's right... Anyway's i won't go bankrupt from the amount that I spent... And they won't become rich with it... But at least it will help someone else do the right choice and choose another of the many (better) luxury hotel in the area!

I must say, normally I don’t write reviews, but I had such a lovely time that I think it’s worth writing a review. I had a long train ride from Paris to Nice, arrived late and the staff was very nice. Picked me up from the parking structure and welcomed me into the amazing hotel. The biggest surprise was the quality of the food, unexpected treat. The service at the restaurant is literally 5 star quality. The best food I had in France (I went to the Eiffel Tower restaurant, and it doesn’t compare). The restaurant in this hotel is beyond what you’d expect. Seriously, try it out. Thanks, I had a lovely stay.

This gem of a quiet, friendly, welcoming hotel is really something special. Close to the airport smack in the middle of Nice and Cannes, not far from St. Tropez nor Monaco. The perfect nest for discovering the always buzzing Côte d´Azur. If you wonder where to stay...... look no more. It´s a gem!

I booked my reservation direct with the resort and booked with Sonia. I also dealt with Heythem and Sonia during this time. All very friendly and polite. So pleased l was sent instructions and I read them on how to get to the hotel lol!! We arrived by train and walked to Luce car park and was picked up by the hotel. I don’t think it matters how many times you see it on line you will still not be ready for the beauty of the hotel or the village. It is absolutely beautiful. The art work in the reception area I believe freedom is amazing. The reclining roof imported from Italy is another level of amazing in the restaurant. Our room had a baloney and the view was lovely. The furnishings in the hotel and rooms are perfect for the ambiance of the hotel. The bed is comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant which was special the menu is themed I believe. We are pleased we had the meal which was all items off of the menu. My only disappointment was as we only stayed one night ! Make sure you take your swim wear for the plunge pool! Plenty of places to relax - wine is very nice at the hotel. It’s a place to sit back and relax or explore.
