The boy at the restaurant, Mr. Muñiz, was very attentive and prepared breakfast for us even when the cook left at 10:30am and did not want to stay to make us breakfast, my wife and I were able to have breakfast. He was very kind and did it on his own. For us that was a very big gesture and pleased the client. I need to be given good recognition for that gesture. We are pleased with the stay. It was our first experience staying there and we would return. Thank you

The hotel is cozy, ballroom was perfect for the wedding we attended, the room had ample space and the staff was very nice and responsive. NOW....the only thing that I absolutely hate with a passion is that the hotel has cool white lighting (4000k color) in their rooms and a mix of cool and warm white lighting in the exterior (courtyard included) and front desk area of the hotel. LOW $ HIGH IMPACT TIP TO OWNER: CHANGE ALL LIGHT BULBS TO LED WARM WHITE 2700K-3000K COLOR!!, this will bring an element of relaxation and ambiance to the hotel that I feel was missing by having cool white light (used in office settings for productivity), specially in rooms. Do the later, and watch these reviews soar even higher.

Beautiful views, private and accommodating staff. Only negative would be that they didn’t open the swim up bar and you had to track down someone for the bar in the lobby.

Controlled access without security officer and open. They did not provide room service. The bar never had staff present. Pool area without consumer service.
