This hotel is centrally located in Cairns, offering excellent access to cafes, restaurants, shopping centers, and the lagoon, all within a 20-minute walk! It was also relatively inexpensive compared to other options in Cairns. The room was clean, and the bathroom facilities were spotless. Regarding amenities, there's no toothbrush provided, so it's a good idea to bring your own. The hotel has a pool, so you can enjoy yourselves on-site. Plus, there's a service where you can skip daily housekeeping for extended stays and receive a 10A$ credit per night, which we used to get free breakfast! There are Japanese-speaking staff members, and everyone was incredibly lovely!

The hotel is within walking distance of family-friendly locations such as the park, aquarium, and esplanade. We were on the 2nd floor and had a great view. The only downsides were that it was on the 2nd floor and there were 3 levels of stairs to walk up with kids and bags. Additionally, the buffet didn't have a wide range, just the usual cereal, fruit, croissant, eggs/beans/sausage, and toast.

The female staff member at the front desk with short bangs was incredibly kind and helpful. She was very patient with us, even with our limited English, which we really appreciated. Thank you so much! We would love to stay here again when we visit Cairns in the future.

We had a lovely stay here, close to all the shops and restaurants. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating as we arrived after reception hours and provided us with a way to check in after hours. We stayed for two nights and all aspects were great. Great value for money . :))

Coral Tree is a nice centrally located spot in Cairns. About 15 minutes to walk to shopping, night markets, post office and aquarium.

The structure is absolutely not worth the price, not at all in line with what it offers. The room was not well cleaned, the floor was quite dirty and the bed was full of hair above and below the sheet. The breakfast with the bare minimum and very modest. The structure is old and with few safety rules, there are no handrails on the stairs and they are extremely slippery and wet, so much so that I fell down the steps causing me a bad ankle sprain.
The only real positive note is the staff who, although not there 24 hours, turned out to be very helpful and helpful.
