During my stay, the water supply was cut off once, leaving no water available at all. There were no bath towels in the room, and I had to go get them myself. The hotel staff showed no remorse for these shortcomings, and overall, the front desk attitude was poor. Every time I went to the reception, they were inexplicably confrontational, which was very confusing. There was no information about breakfast or Wi-Fi, so I didn't know what to do. Although the location is in a corner of downtown Cairo, it's hidden in an alley, making it very hard to find and taking a long time to locate.
There are other hotels nearby, so if possible, I strongly recommend staying at one of them instead. I will never stay here again.

I’am really satisfied of the elite service provided by the great distinctive Hotel,Calma. The respective, helpful, and polite representatives who were extremely friendly and guided me through the tourist journey, especially Um Ziad, Mariam , Umniah, Alaa, Yousif, Um mustafa and Hanan. They were very helpful and directed us through our experience while renting this car. They were also very supportive and we had a great experience here and really enjoyed it. Thank you so much and it was very much appreciated.

The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent, but the location was a bit hard to find. I recommend asking the hotel to help you get there when you arrive.

everything was good, the room was clean and quite.
the staff members were very kind and helpful, I booked 2 tours with them one for the Pyramids and the other one for the white and black dessert, and both tours were extremely good specially the tour guide Ali.
