Very good hotel. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful.

I booked in trip.com for a Junior Suit and they gave us another room a doble superior. Then we went to use the pool and they didn’t have any towels, I asked the guy was in charge, he said I’ll bring some, he never comeback I was freezing with my children at the pool, I took them with me I went to look for someone to bring us towels. At the beginning they give us a room smelling full of humidity I have to asked them to change the room. All the experience was just ok. But I’ll never go back.

Hair on floor. HOT rooms, no ventilation. Bathrooms are subpar and hairy. TERRIBLE wifi (3mbps when it works, it didn't for most of my trip). Staff were nice though. Breakfast was OK, but very busy. I would give it a 3/5 but I was charged a surprise hidden fee of 10% service "tax" (not a tax) at check in, so 1/5 for being deceitful.

This is hotel is inthe heart of town on a busy plaza with many site and restuarants nearby, and the hotel has a great restaurant too. There is free Wi-fi, a card key is used, and soap & shampoo are provided. Since my room was stuffy, and you cannot control the thermostat, and the Wi-fi, was weak, I mentioned it to the front desk and they provided me with a fan and my own router, which remedied the problems. The hotel staff was helpful and speak English. I liked the fact that the breakfast buffet started at 5:30 AM, but they were not quite set up yet at that time, even though the restaurant is open. The buffet is quite extensive and there is a variety of hot and cold dishes.

Just a really good hotel, right in the city centre. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast with plenty of really good food choices.

Our five day stay was specifically for touring Cajamarca for the first time. From the moment my mother and I arrived we were attended with kindness and attentiveness. A special thank-you to the very friendly doorman Luis, the front desk agent Jhovana, our room attendant, the staff in the morning serving the continental breakfast, and the bar staff as well. As for the hotel, as a foreign traveler I was very impressed to say the least with how good of an experience we've had with Costa Del Sol Wyndham! We look forward to returning to this location on our next trip. Thank you for everything ❤️
