Hotel muy por debajo de las expectativas de un 5 estrellas. La limpieza en las habitaciones brilla por su ausencia, el baño estaba bastante sucio con restos detrás de la puerta, y los grifos oxidados. El desayuno muy pobre para un 5 estrellas, el zumo no era natural, no había un cocinero donde te pueda hacer en el momento una tortilla y los fiambres muy normalitos. Muy caro para lo que es. Lo mejor sin duda el personal.

Um den 60. Geburtstag meines Mannes zu genießen, buchte ich dieses "modern" wirkelnde Hotel und leider wurden wir eines besseren belehrt. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, karg, trist und man fühlt sich fast etwas verloren. Der im dunklen Keller befindende Spa Bereich ist ein Witz. Obwohl ich eine Juniorsuite gebucht hatte und auch telefonisch den für mich wichtigen Anlass mitteilte, bekamen wir das gefühlt kleinste und dunkelste Zimmer an der Strasse, ohne eine Sitzecke, mit einem Bett und zwei Stühlen. Das war leider alles andere als ein Geburtstagspräsent. Hat ja auch im Hotel keinen Mitarbeiter interessiert. Klar, wir sind ja als Tourist sowieso nach einem Tag weg. Unter einem 5* Service und einem 5* Hotel stelle ich mir etwas anderes vor.

Es uno de los mejores hoteles que he estado,el personal es muy profesional siempre pendientes de que todo esté bien,es la cuarta vez que vamos y nos encanta.Las habitaciones son espectaculares,muy muy amplias,las camas muy cómodas y el baño un espectáculo con la bañera doble de hidromasaje.La limpieza de la habitación impecable.Las instalaciones están muy bien,la piscina es preciosa!Está cerca de todo.....Granada capital,sierra nevada,la alhambra.....El hotel está en una zona muy tranquila,lo cual es perfecto para descansar y desconectar.Lo dicho un hotel de 10 y siempre que valla a Granada me alojaré allí.

El hotel es una maravilla , super bonito, la habitación estaba muy bien, era muy espaciosa con terraza, muy bien amueblada, el baño con ducha y bañera. El desayuno buffet muy completo y muy rico todo. El chico de la recepción muy amable, merece la pena ir, muy recomendable.

Belle hôtel. Le nom de palace et les 5* ne sont pas justifiées en comparaison aux paradoxes qui sont de vrais palaces. Mais très bien et très calme.
