Great place to stay, with friendly and helpful staff. The buffet was good, my suggestion would be a self serving pancake machine but maybe that’s too much to ask.
Location is good, with a small but vibrant community where local restaurants give good choice for those staying in the area.
Pool and other activities were also nice, personally I wish the indoor pool / jacuzzi had a little more heat, but I understand that I ant have it every way I would like.
Would definitely stay again!

Personal muy amable pero por la noche no se puede descansar, ruidos desde las 8 y orquesta en directo q retumba y no deja lugar al descanso. Horrible, si quieren orquesta, insonoricen los cuartos. No repetiremos jamás.

Nous y avons séjourné 5 jours début avril 2024. Réservation via booking, chambre prête dès 11h30. Chambre spacieuse, le petit côté négatif est la salle de bain, une douche serait plus adéquate et quelques traces d’usure visible. Le ménage et le lit était fait à chacun de notre retour. Présence d’une télévision et d’un petit frigo. Terrasse avec une petite table et chaises. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Nous avions un accès au spa compris dans notre réservation, piscine intérieure, saune, hammam et salle de sport. La piscine aurait besoin d’une petite rénovation… pensez à ramener claquettes et bonnet de bain. La piscine extérieure n’était pas ouverte lors de notre séjour mais possible de bronzer ou de boire un verre autour d’elle, tarif du bar abordable. Stationnement gratuit dans les rues aux alentours. Hôtel calme, des activités tous les soirs au sein de l’hôtel. Personnel souriant et professionnel. Ciutadella à 10 minutes en voiture et plusieurs restaurants à 5 minutes à pied. Je recommande pour un séjour

Precioso Hotel, con Spa, muy buen ambiente, los camareros de 10. Comida muy buena, muy cerquita de la playa. Después de la cena hay música en directo. Todo muy limpio y amplias habitaciones, el director de sala majísimo, iremos repitiendo 🥰

El IMSERSO nos llevó a este hotel 8 días 7 noches. Hotel impecable limpio, buenas instalaciones, todo el personal muy amable a destacar en la cafetería a Biel. Los buffet variados y suficientes ( en la plancha no tanto ) aunque al final siempre te ponían un poco más. En comidas y cenas los camareros siempre atentos te ofrecen agua, vino tinto, blanco o rosado un lujo. Las habitaciones amplias. Todo muy limpio. También tuvimos baile y hasta bingo con regalos. Muy cerca del hotel hay una parada de bus para ir a Ciudadela con muy poca frecuencia en temporada baja, dos o tres veces al día. De Ciudadela el último bus hacia el hotel sale a las 19:00.

Excellent hôtel pour une semaine de vacances à la Toussaint. Personnel adorable, toujours souriant et disponible. Restaurant et petit déjeuner impeccables, large choix, tout est frais, propre, vraiment très bon, mentions spéciales pour fruits frais le matin (ananas, kiwi, papaye, melon ...) et petits déjeuners français, anglais, américains... Spa très propre et très agréable.

La piscina cubierta que cerraba a las 19:00 comentan que los niños no pueden entrar después de las 17:30. No había nadie en la piscina. Sin comentarios, no volveremos. Una pena con la ilusion que tenian
