First visit and certainly not the last. Excellent accommodation, facilities, entertainment. Friendly helpful staff who were only too willing to help and great entertainment provided by professional staff for children. Good range of food and drink. Everywhere was spotless and rooms were cleaned every other day. Would highly recommend for families with children.

The hotel staff are excellent. Nothing is a problem and they are all really pleasant people to be around. Entertainment team really go above and beyond with the kids. A weekly schedule including, pool zorbing, darts, t-shirts painting, legoo, football, daily discos and evening entertainment shows. 👏👏 Kids were literally crying leaving. Only improvement really would be the beds in the apar**ents. They need to be more comfortable. But it didn't take away from the trip.

Perfect family holiday with the friendliest staff. Rudy looked after us like we were family and the Animacion team were absolutely brilliant at keeping the little ones entertained and the nightly shows were fantastic. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great little place in a perfect location in Cala D’Or. Central to all the bars and restaurants, 5/10 min walk to the marina with a children’s play zone (go karts, trampolines etc) 2 mins away. Everything you need is close by including local supermarket and bakery. Esmeralda Beach is a 2 min walk at the rear of apar**ents/pool side, a beautiful cove with a great family beach restaurant. The beach also has an adults only bar which is part of an adults only hotel but everyone can use the bar/seated area. Accommodation is excellent! We stayed in a superior room and couldn’t complain, the standard was great, spotlessly clean, very modern, large balcony area and beds were so comfortable! Pool area is great, no overcrowding and a great children’s pool/slides with a small children’s park alongside the pool in a shaded area. Highly recommended, will definitely plan a return visit. Staff very friendly and animation team couldn’t do more to involve the children in all the activities.

This hotel is superb! Nice location with short walk to beach, restaurants and bars however the animation team are second to none! They take the time and effort to go above and beyond for every child, ensuring everybody has an amazing time. Despite this they also put on great evening shows which are far superior to shows we’ve seen at bigger resorts. They really make this place!

The apar**ent hotel is recommendable. Good apar**ents . Good size, good suited and clean. Huge balcony. We took half board which is really recommendable. Breakfast and dinner is very good for that price. What is really positive to tell is the animation at this hotel. The shows are super great and a big thank you to the team. Great job.

Only bad part about our stay was that we only stayed for one night. Really family orientated hotel with a superb kids pool and a great entertainment programme especially the animacion team run disney show in the evening. So much focus on the kids having a great time and would definitely head back.
We stayed B&B and the breakfast options were plentiful and actual pork Sausages and back bacon were a rare treat for a brit abroad!
Rooms could do with a refresh and always a pain to have two singles pushed together rather than an actual double but overall a great place to stay.

Actually stayed May 2022, so i am very late writing this review. But i feel so strongly... that i have to write. The animation team in the kids club at this hotel in 2022 were FANTASTIC. If you have a child with ASD they are so inclusive, encouraging, and friendly. I will return to these apar**ents - even just for the animation team!! The kids club is run by the pool also, not hidden away, so you can keep an eye on .. or help with your child if needed. They also provide a kids show/mini disco every nigh and they have themed shows too. Lovely coctails in the bar mojitos etc. The food was tasty in the restaurant. The room was clean and there was a room safe. There was a TV which was a bit fiddly, but we were out a lot. The beach at cala d'or in May was windy and had quite a few waves, so it was fun but you do eed to watch your kids. it was busy too. Sofa bed was not comfortable at all, just thick sponge which is great for 'making forts' in the room!. Fridge and hob is grand. Air Con works well. its close to the beach. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. We didnt really meet any other Irish people outside of our hotel. A lot of Dutch people in Cala d'or.
