Lovely hotel , food was fresh and good choices daily, Wilson and Alessia are very friendly and fun , they are very talkative and make you feel very welcome , it’s nice to see them every day and both do a very good job, the location with the small beach is beautiful . All staff here are very attentive and helpful . I will definitely stay here again and hopefully the weather is better next time . Great place 👍

The food is good. And nice view. But had a problem with electricity. Toilet door was broken and we couldn’t close it. There was no privacy in the door because the bathroom and toilet doors are transparent.

Modern clean hotel very polite staff all round hotel Drinks & food a very good selection well presented I have stayed in 5 star hotels in past and the food here was so much better ! Room lovely, nice view comfortable beds Pool nice, music was a bit random though ! Will definitely return and recommend to everyone

Booked All Inclusive with an upgrade to My Favourite Club. Well worth the extra money for the separate pool and lounge area (& 24 hour free drinks and snacks) plus a stunning view from the room. Only downside was the spa area - a broken stream room and a cold jacuzzi - not worth booking in for. Didn't get to sample the a la carte restaurant as it was too busy to get a reservation. Disappointing, but the buffet was so good it didn't really matter! All the staff were lovely and helpful, and the nightly entertainment was pretty good. A perfect spot for a long weekend of chill time.

The hotel lives up to its 4 star rating. The reception staff and cleaners were always friendly, the buffet kept things interesting by changing the options every mealtime and the pool area next to the snack bar is the place to be on a sunny day, especially with the beach being a stone's throw away. And with it being adult-only, the stay was very relaxing. Where the hotel can improve is the entertainment. The evening shows were decent, but to get involved in any daytime activities, you have to speak to entertainment staff, who were hard to track down. And when we asked reception or bar staff about it, they didn't know anything. As a result, we missed out on cool activities like archery, paddle boarding and quizzes. Also, as a result of a storm, the water by the beach was filled with jellyfish. A flag signalled this the 1st day, then was green the next, despite there still being loads of jellyfish. We got stung thanks to this misinformation. Having said this, the beach flags may be the responsibility of the local council rather than the resort. We also found the al a carte restaurants to be disappointing. The quality of the food in the Italian one was no better than what you get in the buffet, and the days each restaurant is open is incredibly restrictive. Another thing that is restrictive is the choice of drinks. We went all inclusive, yet the range of cocktails were underwhelming. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would recommend more for a short trip (4-5 days).

The hotel seems to be a completely average hotel. The adventure begins from the very entrance. The staff at the reception has absolutely zero culture. Due to my arrival at the hotel around 10 p.m., I was assigned to a closed restaurant for dinner, I noticed the lady, but she refused room service. Entering the room - a nightmare. Without my knowledge, the room was changed to a lower standard - the curtains were torn off, the switch was broken, there was rust in the bathroom. After a battle at the reception, I received a room in the main building (as ordered). Despite promises and requests, no one moved my luggage, in fact the housekeepers kicked me out of the room. Thanks to this, a whole day of my unsuccessful stay was wasted. It should also be noted that there are no amenities in the second building, i.e. a restaurant. The building gives the impression of being old and of a 'lower quality' to the guests. When it comes to meals and the main restaurant - great service from young girls, meals absolutely ok, huge selection. No places for breakfast, queues to enter the restaurant. Animations - wonderful, everyone will find something for themselves. Pools - nothing special, main pool with a sun lounger. Unfortunately, most of the hotel guests also have a very low level of culture - unfortunately, they are Poles shouting at night. The stay was one of the worst in Spain so far. I definitely do not recommend it, in fact I advise against it.

The hotel is situated in a great location right on the beach. The views from the rooms are worth the money. Staff are friendly and prompt with service. Food is of a good standard but was rather repetitive. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit isolated from other things and places without a car.
