I made a small mistake in booking. I contacted them within 30 seconds of having made the mistake which was simply to change my dates for the correct dates. Correcting the mistake was well within their ability as per the rules of the booking site. Rather, they just decided to keep my money. While legally they were in their rights to do so, it was an absolutely inhuman, greedy decision. I would not stay with such greedy people ever again and recommend everybody not to either. To top this off, they completly lied to me claiming that it was outside of their ability to change this despite both of us seeing, in black and white, in plain english, that they could literally do it in one click. Greed and evil.

La verdad nunca estuve en un lugar tan tan malo ,me recibieron en la recepción sin recepcionista después de media hora vino la camarera estresada y enfadada ,no sabía hacer el check in y por parte del director Santiago un gran maleducado y grosero Más vale dormir en el coche....

Avoid We are sat here at the moment, the staff are very rude, the food is average and overpriced, and what appears on the table is not as described on the menu. Absolute rubbish. The view is nice though

Wunderschönes kleines Hotel in traumhafter Bucht. Super Essen, sehr reichhaltiges Buffet. Freundliches Personal. Zimmer mit Meerblick empfohlen! Gratis Parkplätze in den Strassen oberhalb des Hotels. Ruhige Gegend. Traumhaft! Wir kommen wieder!

Fabulous. Brilliant staff. Gorgeous breakfast, cocktails & dinner. Views to die for. Quiet couples and family hotel. Family run. Immaculate, clean, fresh rooms. Paella and fish superb. Lunch and Dinner menus great. Majorcan wines delicious. Small, well run hotel. Will be back!

Tiny hotel in rugged surroundings. Food OK. Prices OK. Expect the beach to be closed most of the stay due to rip tides though! Great views except the ugly concrete block hotel building that destroyed half the bay view. Well worth a couple days.

The location is stunning here absolutely a hidden gem of a place. Lovely views of incredible. Mountains and cliff sides, the ocean is crystal clear and shades of blues. Had a light lunch and delicious beers. If you are on the island this location is a must for a day, you will come back
