I have just returned from a ten night all inclusive stay here, there are both positives and negatives to this hotel. The location of the hotel is stunning, surrounded by coves and sea. The staff are all friendly and polite. When we arrived we didn't like the room and asked to be moved we were given two other choices and it was no problem. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the rooms are cleaned. It's in a good location with good bus routes. The food here is the biggest issue, yes there is variety but it's often recycled from the previous night for example it will come out at lunch time. There is however always pasta chips, salad etc so could always find something to eat. The food is very poorly labeled and often in the wrong places so sometimes it really was a guessing game. Beer on tap is decent and good selection of soft drinks wine etc. what we did eat was nice however. I wouldn't book this hotel expecting a lively entertainment experience this isn't the place, we knew this before booking, there are some music acts and the young animation man does his best to provide some entertainment, quizzes etc. The hotel has the potential to be really stunning but it's just lacking in a few areas, food and general maintenance, for example our room did have some wear and tear and areas throughout hotel which wouldn't take much to rectify. The water in the bedrooms is also not replenishsed so I think this would be something to note, we repeatedly had to buy this from the local shop I would stay here again if there was some kind of offer on but wouldn't go out of my way to book it.
