This was our second time at this hotel each stay of 2 weeks. After a rocky start with a back facing room all was put right on the second day. Staff were very chatty , friendly and helpful. There’s nothing to complain about and it is good value for money with a perfect location. Wifi was good in all areas and we liked the fact that the tv channels in the room included itv and bbc.

I was super excited for this vacation as I had visited Cala san Vincente back in the 80s and 90s and I remember this hotel well as to be honest back then it was a green tiled monstrosity on the beautiful beach shore. I saw the transformation to what it is now and was really looking forward to seeing what the hotel could offer. The hotel is quite stunning and looks fresh and clean against the beautiful backdrop of the bay and ocean. The rooms are a good size and generally have everything you need. The finish could be better and a little attention to maintenance wouldn't go a miss as a few items like the lights, phone and air conditioner didn't work properly. The view from the rooms that face the bay and ocean are the jewel in their crown. It is stunning and just standing there on your balcony looking out to the ocean with the turquoise water leaves you lost for words. Sleep was an issue. The hotel had some employees who decided three of the nights to take breaks and sit directly under my balcony and talk all night; one night until 5am. The pool and facilities are very good but there is so much potential for more. There is little to do in the village so it really would be good if the hotel could do a bit more to host some activities. At one point, some people did try to play with a ball in the pool but after a while the hotel lifeguard stopped it as it was getting too noisy and the hotel apparently worries the neighbouring hotel will complain. Food I have to say is a bit hot and miss; more miss in all honesty. Breakfast to be fair is the best of the meals. There is a huge selection for breakfast; definitely something for everyone. The other meals leave a bit more to be desired. One big issue is their labelling. The food offering is a buffet and so without anything labelled it's a bit of guess work and if you have any allergies or intolerances then this is going to be a problem. Overall I would I say I had a great time but for the cost I would expect a little better especially in terms of the food offering and as mentioned in my review title, there is so much potential if the time was taken to really listen to feedback and make some changes.

I have just returned from a ten night all inclusive stay here, there are both positives and negatives to this hotel. The location of the hotel is stunning, surrounded by coves and sea. The staff are all friendly and polite. When we arrived we didn't like the room and asked to be moved we were given two other choices and it was no problem. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the rooms are cleaned. It's in a good location with good bus routes. The food here is the biggest issue, yes there is variety but it's often recycled from the previous night for example it will come out at lunch time. There is however always pasta chips, salad etc so could always find something to eat. The food is very poorly labeled and often in the wrong places so sometimes it really was a guessing game. Beer on tap is decent and good selection of soft drinks wine etc. what we did eat was nice however. I wouldn't book this hotel expecting a lively entertainment experience this isn't the place, we knew this before booking, there are some music acts and the young animation man does his best to provide some entertainment, quizzes etc. The hotel has the potential to be really stunning but it's just lacking in a few areas, food and general maintenance, for example our room did have some wear and tear and areas throughout hotel which wouldn't take much to rectify. The water in the bedrooms is also not replenishsed so I think this would be something to note, we repeatedly had to buy this from the local shop I would stay here again if there was some kind of offer on but wouldn't go out of my way to book it.

A lovely ten day break in this beautifully located Hotel. All the staff work very hard to meet the needs of their clients. The Hotel is immaculately clean. Our only complaint was being charged 50 Euros to use the room safe for ten days!

You will not find a hotel in a better location, Don Pedro is in the most beautiful spot in Mallorca. Yes, as previous reviews have mentioned this is a quiet spot in the lovely Cala San Vicente but you are only a short drive or bus journey away from a more bustling vibe. Don Pedro was the perfect base to be able to relax and unwind. The hotel itself is lovely, spotlessly clean and well kept. Choosing a sea view is a must in this hotel to take full advantage of its location. The food was perfectly adequate the breakfast was amazing, evening meal was ok - most nights were well catered for but a couple of nights it was a bit hit and miss but you will always have the fresh salad bar which never failed. We travelled as a girls family holiday - three generations and we couldn’t have asked for much more. Pleasant staff and a weeks stay to remember. A few points to make - the hotel operates card only payments, the safe in the room is unnecessarily high priced and there were some areas of the bedroom’s that looked a little worn, you will also regret not booking a sea view - it’s worth the extra pennies.

The hotel was lovely, and staff were great. The location is fantastic and Puerto De Pollensa is definitely worth a trip, staff on reception can help with the bus timetable. The most relaxing holiday I have ever had. Great hotel to rejuvenate!!

This is a lovely hotel in a lovely location but there is no evidence of management ensuring that the service is delivered and the service level falls, down regularly. At no extra cost this could be a five star service hotel but the managers would need to get out and manage

Just felt this hotel fell a little short of its 4 star rating. The hotel and bedroom were lovely but the bathroom was a bit of a nightmare, loose sink, loose toilet seat, stale smell coming up the loo (before we’d even used it) and shower takes a good 5mins to warm up. Such a shame. Food was also a little odd and not a lot went with each other, breakfast was lovely but dinner (we were half board) was a real mis-match and both myself and hubby were a little disappointed. Location is stunning, never used the pool as the view from the sunbathing deck was so amazing, just used the sea as our pool. However, evenings are very quiet, bear in mind this is a very sleepy location which means it is lovely and quiet but then not much else to do. We did however get a bus a couple of days into Puerto Pollensa and on one day got another onto Alcudia, bus stop is outside the hotel more or less and really cheap and easy to use. All together we did enjoy our stay, just wish the bathroom could’ve been a little better.
