Had a fantastic holiday, adults only was a good choice for us. Suite's were well equipped and clean, bed was very comfortable. The dining room was spacious with plenty for choices to choose from. Staff warm courteous and friendly specially Aline who was efficient friendly and funny a joy to meet.

This hotel exceeded expectations; it is excellent in all respects. The reception staff, the house keeping staff, the restaurant staff and bar staff are all efficient, friendly, and professional in their approach to their guests and their work. The hotel sits in its own grounds, where everything is well maintained and very pleasing; at the end of the gardens there is a gate to the sandy beach of Cala Ferrera and the beautiful bay. The food in the restaurant is superb; the chef has a wide experience of international cuisine and offers a range of wonderful dishes in which ingredients are imaginatively added to give extra complimentary flavours. Recommended.

We’ve just returned from a 9 night stay with my husband and two children (7 and 3 years old) and our holiday was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the staff at this hotel. Everything ran like total clock work. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and quick to assist with absolutely anything. The entertainment team were first class. The way they were with the kids was just amazing - shout out particularly to Paige and Lorena who really looked out for our two. The kids were given the confidence to do activities I never thought they would (such as perform a dance routine on stage!)

Returned back from MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel recently. What a fantastic family hotel. Here’s a list of my favorite things about the hotel: 1 - Kids pool area. Two great slides with a large area for the little ones to run around and make friends, while the parents relax. 2 - Varied food with a great choice of fresh fish, meats and salads. Lovely fresh breads and a good range of deserts. 3 - Booze was great. All inclusive resorts often offer flat beer and pre-mixed, horrible cocktails. This isn’t the case at FERRERA Blanca. Good beer and spirits, and excellent cocktails are made quickly with a smile. 3 - location is great for the beach and local restaurants/bars etc. A kids play zone with go carts and a bouncy castle are only a 10 minute walk. Plenty of decent supermarkets can be found within a short walk from the hotel. 4 - Rooms are clean and spacious, with a decent balcony and tv in the lounge area. 5 - Superb WiFi, even at poolside 6 - mini disco & evening entertainment were good with enthusiastic and likeable staff. I’m sure I will return to this hotel again in the future.

It was a very nice time in Mallorca. 1 week in a hotel with very nice service and great entertainment. We are 100% satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back here someday.

Bonjour Apres une semaine passée dans cet hôtel , voici mes satisfactions et mes désagréments. Chambre très confortable et spacieuse , je dirais 40m². Inconvénients car située derrière la sono et vue sur poubelles !!!! Animateurs charmants. Emplacement hôtel très très bien , proximité mer et plusieurs criques très charmantes. Restauration très moyenne , plat toujours froids , et propreté des locaux moyenne. Abords piscine avec transat , très bien , par contre les tables sont toutes en forme d assiette creuse car en agglomère gonflé par la pluie. Super pour un 4 Etoiles . Les cocktails sont servis sans fioritures comme de vulgaire limonade en timbale plastique (sécurité) sauf le soir dans des contenants en verre mais toujours sans deco . Le top sera a notre arrivée en chambre avec un ménage plus que douteux . Un bout de plastique au sol qui a dure toute la semaine (nous l avons laisse pour voir si le balai fonctionnait).La terrasse aussi n a pas été usée par le balai , du sable de plage nous a accompagné toute la semaine. la colonne de douche pleine de salissure et le wc casse , je dirais depuis un moment car l urine avait traversée l épaisseur.(WC remplacé a notre demande car la personne qui fait le ménage n a forcement rien vu). Porte fenêtre forcée et cassée sans possibilité de la fermer. Pour info , le ménage se fait tous les deux jours par souci d économie d eau , chose que je comprends mais le balai lui je comprends pas ! Les coursives entre chambre n ont pas été touchées pas le balai de la semaine.! Pour les 4 étoiles , je dirais plutôt 3 compte tenu du manque flagrant de propreté, sa situation lui rend service pour ne pas tomber a deux etoiles Cordialement

Amazing hotel our 2nd time back after 6 years since we got married in Cala dor,friendly staff and entertainment team looked after us all very,my son Jac would like to thank Nacho and his team for involving him in all the activities,highly recommended hotel ,we will be back. Regards Joe.

nice hotel but could be better with a few tweeks, water and coffee dispenser in the adult restaurant, charging for water at dinner is not a good thing when you are half board, and charging for a room safe is very old hat, 4 star should be above this.
