Très bel hôtel, propreté irréprochable. Nous avions un studio vue sur mer tout à fait exceptionnel. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié . Repas avec buffet avec différents themes Paradis des enfants Plusieurs belles piscines Accès direct à une plage de rêve, encore restée sauvage Possibilités de balades au départ de l'hôtel Pour visiter l'île qui est à voir pour les paysages, les villes comme Palma ou Alcudia, les plages, la montagne, il vaut mieux louer une voiture , ce qui peut aussi permettre d'éviter la navette qui est pénible. Bref excellent séjour à recommander.

Great hotel. Good location in a quiet place. Lots of attractions for children. Very nice service. Minus - too little and too little replenishment of necessities in the bathroom.

Man muss Kinder mögen. Ansonsten alles gut! Tolles Essen und sehr aufmerksames, freundliches Personal. Eigentlich lief alles sehrvreibungslos.

Really happy with our all inclusive expieriance, great and friendly stuff. Really good choices of food. Bar offers variety of drinks incl. various non-alcoholic cocktails. I searched for the resort with heated outdoor pools and Zafiro didn't disappoint.There were 4 outdoor pools that were heated, one of which was the kids pool with all the slides ( big bonus point for that). We also used the indoor pool on not that sunny days. Great stay for a family and really beautiful , peaceful surroundings ( dune walks, great beach etc.). You just need to get lucky to get as many sunny days as possible in April:) Will definitely come back.

I would definitely recommend all inclusive self catering isn’t an option there is absolutely no other food places outside this hotel the pools are also freezing in April disappointment to the kids inside pool saved us the hotel is beautiful pools fab if warm roof top terrace with hot tub is fabulous not much children foods in the restaurant
