Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer einfach aber sehr sauber, und das Essen war lecker und appetitlich angerichtet. Die Lage in absoluter Nähe zur Son Moll perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr sauberes Hotel, freundliche Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen. Frühstück und Abendessen abwechslungsreich, immer frisches Obst und Gemüse. Ausreichend Liegen und Schirme am Pool vorhanden. Sehr gute Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum Bus. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gern wieder.

Dieses Hotel hat seine Zeit schon lange hinter sich. Einzig die Lage zur Bucht Son Moll ist positiv. Zur Calla Agulla benötigt man gut 25 Min zu Fuß….. Das Essen: Frühstück: typisches Pauschal-Frühstück, 1-2 Sorten Käse/Wurst, etwas Obst, Industrie-Rührei. Abendessen: Nudeln mit Tomatensauce, trockener Fisch/Fleisch, das jeden Tag. Waren einmal dort, den restlichen Urlaub waren wir an der Promenade essen. Dort gibt es viele sehr gute Restaurants. Das Zimmer: Sicherlich kann man bei 3 Sternen nicht viel erwarten, aber das Zimmer ging gar nicht. Hier kann man nur noch Abreißen!!!!! Die Bilder sprechen Bände. Schon die Flure wirken beängstigend und völlig deprimierend. Dieses Hotel muss in allen Bereichen saniert werden.

He viajado bastante, y nunca en mi vida, en un hotel en plena temporada he encontrado el bar cerrado... sin televisor en la habitación al llegar, el mobiliario se descompone, las puertas del balcón son del siglo pasado... no hay hamacas ni para un tercio de los clientes. El wc y el baño están en malas condiciones, todo está muy viejo y mal mantenido. Nunca imaginé que un establecimiento de 3 estrellas pudiera estar tan abandonado. Sin duda lo único bueno es el personal. Muy decepcionante.

Super zentral gelegenes Hotel. Sehr schöne Zimmer die sauber sind. Vor allem die Pool View Zimmer sind lässig weil man auch das Meer im Hintergrund sieht. Pool ist sauber wird täglich gereinigt. Auch die Anlage selbst ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam. Das Essen Frühstück und Abendessen ist abwechslungsreich und super frisch trotz Buffet Verköstigung. Wer da meckert geht vermutlich "lecker" zu McDonald's Essen und hat von guter frisch zubereiteter Küche absolut keine Ahnung. Ich war das erste Mal da aber ich komme sicher wieder.

Para empezar nos encontramos la puerta del armario literalmente rota, tuvimos que apartarla para poder nuestra ropa. Las ventanas al balcón del siglo pasado, no se podía ni cerrar correctamente. El aire acondicionado era un chiste de mal gusto. El desayuno no estaba mal, pero si querías almorzar la comida era de terror y ni agua gratis 🤦🏼♀️. La peor experiencia de todos los hoteles de cala Ratjada sin dudas, no se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo.

Primero destacar la calidad humana del personal. Todos muy educados y muy agradables aunque Javier ,el camarero,podría saludar de vez en cuando y ser un pelín simpático. Emilio,un ser super agradable al igual que Teresa. Habitaciones correctas, limpieza correcta. Lo malo me resultó la comida,se nota que es todo congelada. Obviamente las verduras crudas,no,pero lo demás es congelado. Las bebidas en medía pensión hay que pagarlas y a buen precio. La ubicación es muy buena,a 100 MTS de la playa.
