A disaster, almost everything failed, at night the key didn't work and they didn't know how to change it, so I had to sleep in another with all the inconveniences that entails, in the morning I ask to enter mine and without any apology and a bad face They give me the new key, I go up and there is no hot water, as it was getting late since I was working without showering I get dressed and go down to return the key and complain, no apology and a very cold sorry (as if it was my fault ) and good bye.

The hotel is located in a quiet side street not far from the sea. The rooms are spacious, bright and very clean. The friendly and helpful staff were always approachable. The extensive buffet was very tasty and varied. We felt very comfortable and would gladly come back.

Very good stay at the Amoros hotel. A very warm welcome, the room and the restaurant perfect, especially the buffet breakfast. We were able to take advantage of the indoor heated swimming pool as well as the gym in front of the hotel on bad weather days and without supplements. We highly recommend this establishment.

Although we have been coming to Cala Ratjada several times a year for years, this was the first time we ended up in the "famous" amoros. And right from the start, we can recommend it, but not for us anymore. We don't fit in with this hotel. The location is good. The rooms are a normal size with simple furnishings and are clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The bar is open until midnight. There is no service, you have to order at the counter and collect the drinks. Breakfast is simple with a small selection. The food is of a simple quality, but completely reasonable for the price. The restaurant is small and has an a**osphere like that of a school cafeteria. We have been eating breakfast out for the last few days. The hotel has a huge fan base. I can understand why people are happy here. It won't be suitable for us in the future. Even if it will be difficult to find hotels for November and February. Nevertheless, we can definitely recommend the hotel if you are happy with a simple standard and want an unbeatable price.

We stayed at the Hotel Amoros in Cala Ratjada for 1 week. I have been there several times in the spring as a guest in previous years. I had booked a single room with half board. Now my partner was able to and was spontaneously checked in with no problems. You can tell that it is run in a family-run and warm manner. It has 3 stars ⭐️ and deserves every one. We don't need or want more. The rooms are clean and big enough. There is a fridge in it, and you can book a safe at reception. The bar always has something to drink 😏. There is always someone at reception who can help you (very good German). There is always something for everyone at the food. If we go to that part of Mallorca again, we will go there again. Thank you 🙏

We felt very comfortable in the hotel. The breakfast and evening buffets were definitely worth the price. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We found the central location to be practical. The paid parking lot opposite is very practical.
