Un desastre, falló casi todo, por la noche de madrugada la llave no funcionaba y no sabían cambiarla, así que tuve que dormir en otra con todos los inconvenientes que acarrea, por la mañana pido entrar en la mía y sin ninguna disculpa y mala cara me dan la llave nueva, subo y no hay agua caliente, como se me hacía tarde ya que estaba trabajando sin ducharme me visto y bajo a devolver la llave y quejarme, ninguna disculpa y un lo sentimos muy frío (como si la culpa fuera mía) y adiós.

First of all I have to mention that thé stuf was excellent! Friendly, caring and really helpful!
The hotel is more or less okay. Furniture is old, in the bathroom you have just the minimum, water is really difficult the handle, because it changes the temperature as it wants:)
The breakfast was absolutely good! What is to mention the cook who is prepares omelet fresh after your wishes. The dinner could be better, so I was glad not have booked half pension. If you want you can always try it once a while.
So in general it was an absolute solid hotel for spontaneous vacations.

Hôtel familial avec un personnel toujours sympathique et disponible, nous avons apprécié la nouvelle piscine couverte et chauffée, le buffet des petits déjeuners et dîners est toujours très copieux. Nous conseillons cet hôtel qui est situé près des animations et du bord de mer 👍

Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße unweit vom Meer. Die Zimmer sind geräumig hell und sehr sauber. Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal war immer ansprechbar. Sehr schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich war das reichhaltige Buffet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel Amoros. Un très bon accueil, la chambre et le restaurant parfait surtout le petit déjeuner buffet. Nous avons pu profité de la piscine couverte et chauffée ainsi que la salle de sport en face de l'hôtel les jours de mauvais temps et sans suppléments. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Obwohl wir schon seit Jahren mehrfach im Jahr nach Cala Ratjada kommen, sind wir dieses Mal das erste mal im „berühmten“ amoros gelandet. Und direkt vor weg, wir können es weiter empfehlen, aber nicht mehr für uns. Wir passen nicht in dieses Hotel. Die Lage ist gut. Die Zimmer haben eine normale Größe mit einfacher Ausstattung und sind sauber. Das Personal ist unheimlich freundlich und bemüht. Die Bar hat bis Mitternacht geöffnet. Bedient wird nicht, sondern man muss an der Theke bestellen und die Getränke abholen Das Frühstück ist einfach mit einer geringen Auswahl. Eine einfache Qualität der Speisen, aber dem Preis völlig angemessen. Das Restaurant ist klein und hat eine Atmosphäre wie in der schulmensa. Wir essen die letzten Tage immer auswärts frühstücken Das Hotel hat eine Riesen Fan Gemeinde. Ich kann dies auch nach vollziehen, wenn Leute hier zufrieden sind. Für uns passt es in Zukunft nicht mehr. Auch wenn es dann schwer wird für November und Februar Hotels zu finden. Trotzdem können wir das Hotel unbedingt weiter empfehlen, wenn man mit einfachem Standard zufrieden ist. Und ein unschlagbaren Preis haben möchte

Wir waren für 1 Woche im Hotel Amoros in Cala Ratjada. Ich war in früheren Jahren schon mehrmals im Frühjahr als Gast dort. Ich hatte EZ mit HP gebucht. Jetzt konnte mein Partner doch und wurde spontan ohne Probleme mit eingecheckt. Man merkt, dass es familiär und herzlich geführt wird. Es hat 3 Sterne ⭐️ und jeden verdient. Wir brauchen und wollen nicht mehr. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend groß. Ein Kühlschrank ist drin, einen Safe kann man dazu buchen an der Rezeption. Die Bar hat immer was zu trinken 😏. An der Rezeption ist immer jemand, der einem weiterhelfen kann (sehr gutes deutsch). Beim Essen ist immer etwas für jeden dabei. Wenn wir wieder in die Ecke von Mallorca fahren, dann wieder dorthin. Danke 🙏

Wir hatten eine richtig schöne gemeinsame Woche in diesem Hotel. Uns wurde das Ferienhaus auf dem Gelände angeboten. Das war ein Highlight ☺️! Insbesondere das Personal hat uns einen erholsamen Urlaub bereitet. Sehr gern kommen wir wieder!!!
