Lots of minor defects that really need to be fixed. Not really for couples and families. OK for a party holiday or just having a roof over your head...

The hotel is very well located ! Although I advise going by car to see the coves that are nearby; The hotel staff is very friendly and helps you solve any questions you have. The food at the buffet is very good. The drinks are also at a good price, without a doubt a place I would recommend visiting 😊

The hotel is not 4 star by any means. It was clean and beds made but air con didn’t work even after reporting it. The hot food selection was always cold but managed with salad chips cheese for a 3 night break ok ended up eating out in the evening because of this. The hotel is in the middle of the back and beyond very little in the town to do the beach is lovely though but nothing about in the evening the hotel was full of older local people so didn’t feel very welcome by them or the reception staff the bar staff were pleasant though. Pool is t heated and is all in the shade so was absolutely freezing plenty of sun loungers though and limited cocktail drinks available. Wouldn’t recommend we were 2 friends 40 travelling to relax but just no background noise any where or a**osphere wouldn’t return or recommend.

We stayed at this hotel for six nights in total and absolutely loved every moment, we are even thinking of coming back. We have been to many hotels in different countries and always found that the cleaners were not great, here the cleaners came in everyday and made our beds , gave us fresh towels etc and were always very polite. Our room was very spacious had a fridge, English TV and an amazing shower. We had breakfast with our stay and the chefs were accommodating especially when it came to how we requested our omelettes made a certain way, nice variety for food and drinks. All tables were cleaned promptly and always very clean and tidy. Staff were nice enough and helped where possible. The location of the hotel is great, the bus stop is a two minute walk up the road and the beach and bars were also not far at all. Overall was definitely what we were looking for.

Excellent clean and tidy hotel and excellent varied cuisine, the staff are polite and very helpful in satisfying every need and responding to any information. Strategic location a stone's throw from the beach and the seafront promenade. A particular and heartfelt thanks to the reception and to Mrs. PILAR for her welcome and availability. I recommend it for any holiday with family and beyond. I was there with my son and we will happily return.

The hotel is located in an area close to the sea, everything is very clean and welcoming, the food is missing more variety of fruit and the entertainment by Maribel, exceptional, a charming and very versatile woman, has given us a great time. Excellent hotel staff. Waiters, cleaning, entertainment. It is a hotel for the summer. In winter they have put up some tents, but they require better adaptation, the space to be is poorly conditioned. And the bar room is small. The attention of all the staff is remarkable.

The small facilities to accommodate as many guests as the imserso provides, food with little variety and a small common room, the negative part is made up for by the predisposition of the workers, of 10, highlighting maribel(entertainment), fran Cintrano(hospitality) moha( kitchen) and pilar and migue (reception) without all of you it would have been different.
