Mittelklasse Hotel mit Charme. Zentral gelegen Personal ist super freundlich und gibt sich sehr Mühe. Besser als gedacht! Sehr positiv überrascht. Egal ob Reception, Bar oder Restaurant man wird super betreut! Komme bestimmt wieder!!!

Calidad precio excelente!!Personal muy atento y muy buen catering. Aconsejo la media pensión... aunque el horario de la cena sea adaptado a los"guiris" de 19 a 21 h. Las habitaciones están muy bien y la ubicación es muy aconsejable para visitar el noreste de la Isla. Además, Cala ratjada tiene mucha vida, pero tambièn es un sitio muy agradable para visitar con la famila.

Esperaba algo más por las 3 estrellas que tiene el hotel, algo más de calidad y cuidado en algunos detalles de las habitaciones. La limpieza de las habitaciones y el hotel en general es excelente. Las puertas, camas y almohadas son bastante viejas, piden a gritos una renovación. La ubicación es muy buena, pero para aparcar es bastante complejo en el mes de agosto… En cuanto a la comida, el desayuno está muy bien, es variado y abundante. Las tarjetas de las habitaciones para abrir y encender la luz, dan bastante problema. Incluso tuvimos que cambiarla 4 veces…

Relación calidad precio muy buena, se encuentra en el centro de Cala Ratjada y a poca distancia del Puerto Náutico, personal del hotel muy bueno resaltando a Pedro de recepción que con sus consejos todo es más fácil…. Totalmente recomendable

We were offered this holiday due to our original booking being cancelled ( Covid19) and this hotel is not a happy hotel. The staff are overworked and often overwhelmed, we only saw 7 staff members in the 10 days that we were there. The staff were friendly and helpful but there is no welcome pack in the room for information such as meals, WiFi etc and the staff are so busy, getting help is difficult. We booked half board, breakfast was always good but evening meals were hit and miss leaving us eating out more than in. Drinks have to be paid for with the meal, even water and don't touch the coffee machine as this is only permitted at breakfast. There is a fridge in the lobby with hand made sandwiches that you can purchase for lunch, do not be fooled into all inclusive as there is nothing, no ice cream for the kids etc. All inclusive means that you can get drunk, thats it. On the plus side, drinks are half the price of the surrounding bars should you want to get drunk. There is no tea, coffee facility unless you purchase it from the bar. The maid swaps the towels but leaves hand towels instead of the bath size. Again, all the signs of a tired hotel. When we arrived, I could have cried due to the difference in this hotel and our original booking with the price being very similar. I was gutted. The bathroom has no plugs on the chains, holes in the ceiling and the toilet water ran constantly, The flush mechanism broke. It was repaired but wouldn't flush properly. We didn't spend much time in our room due to the area being so beautiful and the people being so friendly. It is a German holiday resort but that wasn't an issue for us. However, we are a middle aged couple and this is for the younger people who want to stay out all night, hence a lot of noise. We were mis-sold this hotel as it has only the best images displayed. Do your research properly before you go to the Bella Mar. I am rating the hotel 1 star and the poor staff that work there a 5. The hotel is crap and there is little the staff can do to change it. The owners need to put there hand in their pockets, update it and employ more people to run it. Maria, we loved you ❤

Struttura L'hotel è molto grande, ha due piscine all'aperto, una più piccola e l'altra più ampia, entrambe con ombrelloni e lettini e adiacenti al bar. Ha anche un tavolo da biliardo e uno da ping pong. La camera in cui ho soggiornato era ampia e luminosa con una grande vetrata che dà su un ampio balcone dotato di tavolino e sedie e vista sulla piscina. La pulizia era buona e il cambio lenzuola e asciugamani a discrezione degli ospiti. Nota negativa per il bagno, molto piccolo e senza finestra né bidet e per la porta di ingresso della camera, che si apriva e chiudeva con molta difficoltà. Ristorante Il ristorante dell'hotel è situato nel palazzo di fronte e offre colazione e cena a buffet. La colazione ha un buffet prevalentemente salato e rivolto soprattutto alla clientela tedesca. Poca scelta invece di dolci, nota negativa. Caffè e cappuccino pessimi per chi è abituato a quelli italiani. La cena è a buffet anche se c'è poca varietà nei cibi serviti e la qualità non è proprio delle migliori. Le bevande sono escluse e vanno quindi pagate a parte a consumo. È possibile chiedere il pranzo al sacco al posto della cena con panini e frutta da portare via. Personale Il personale è davvero gentilissimo. Lo staff e i camerieri del ristorante sono sempre a disposizione per rispondere alle esigenze degli ospiti e sono molto disponibili, in particolare Pedro, che è stato molto simpatico e disponibile a dare tanti consigli sui luoghi da visitare e sulle spiagge più belle nei dintorni e non solo. Posizione L'hotel si trova a Cala Rajada in una zona centrale e molto viva soprattutto alla sera ricca di locali, bar e discoteche e a pochi passi dal lungomare. La spiaggia più vicina è raggiungibile anche a piedi in circa 15 minuti ed è un ottimo punto per spostarsi e visitare le spiagge della costa nord-est, mentre per raggiungere Palma la distanza è più ampia. L'hotel non ha un parcheggio interno, ma è molto facile trovare posto nelle strade adiacenti ed è gratuito.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Strand, Geschäfte, Supermärkte und Bars befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Klimaanlage hat nur gelegentlich funktioniert. Wenn diese nicht angeschaltet war, hat es fürchterlich gestunken. Ein Handtuchwechsel war nicht möglich. Das Buffet war nicht empfehlenswert. Wenig Auswahl und circa eine Stunde vor Schluss wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Am zweiten Morgen war leider die Kaffeemaschine defekt.
