Overall it was pretty good, the room was spacious and the check-in process was convenient and quick. The hotel also has a swimming pool, although I didn’t have a chance to swim. The bad thing is that I had to pay the deposit twice... I couldn’t even see the toiletries in the room being cleaned after they were used up.

The hotel itself is really cute and modern. Loved the outdoor patio and fire pits.
The food was good but we didn’t catch when booking that there’s no room service and when we did get food our orders were messed up both times.
Our room phone didn’t work which was kind of frustrating. I guess they were doing some sort of transfer of their phones but no one let us know upon checking in.
The rooms were pretty clean but there were some spots not cleaned and the floors were sticky which may have just been due to us tracking in whatever cleaner or liquid they were drying on the carpets in the hallways. I think they were shampooing?
Treadmill in work out room wasn’t working when we were there which was disappointing for a 24 hr fitness area.
The location was super convenient so that was a bonus. The hotel wasn’t super busy or loud but which we also liked. The staff is what made the difference for me. They were very helpful and assisted with every request we had.
